the part i have highlighted in bold means that shyam true colours will come out in front of everyone, either via arnav/payal/etc. so no tensions there. but this also means that anjili won't blame khushi as "everything about Shyam is out in the open".
I think Shyam's vengeance will be to tell gupta family about khushi and arnav's 6 months contract. this way maha epi will be khushi taken home leaving a regretful Arnav but also a way for shyam to get his mitts on khushi as she's not in the RM no more.
I'm quite worried for khushi when shyam's truth comes out cuz we have seen the development in shyam's psychoticness but now its going to go way over.
