Nanhi and Guru talking. Nanhi tells Guru that the wedding is in a week. She says I will have to got o America. Guru says don't worry "bhaiya ek baar jo commitment kar dete ho to phir woh khud bhi nahi sunnte". Nanhi says Dadaji said our new papa will be our choice. Guru says go to Dadaji and cry. Nanhi starts crying to show Guru(acting)đ Guru says tell Dadaji that you don't want to leave him. Guru says if that doesn't work go on a hunger strike.
Mohan at PL talking to Karan. Mohan has some papers and Karan looking at them. Mohan tells him that it is the story of a fraud doctor. Megha comes to PL. Prerna comes and congratulates Megha. Prerna announces that she has a sad news that Megha is leaving PL . She tells everyone that Megha is getting married and moving to the US. Everyone congratulates Megha.
Indu receives a call from Riddhima's mother. Riddhi's mom asks what their decision is regarding Mohan and Riddhi's marriage. Indu says Monu's father has not yet returned and once he returns I will call you. Indu says what should I tell them that my son is crazy after a woman with two kids. Indu gets mad Guru. Guru says it all happened because of elders who butted in and decided who should get married to whom and who should love whom.
Megha says PL was my first job and it is very special. Megha says it is even more special because I met all of you. I got a lot of love and respect and I will never forget you guys. She keeps looking at Mohan.
Megha packing all her stuff and has FB of her first day in PL đ Mohan shouting about fire in the office, Amar's case video. Dimpy asks Megha her wedding date. Megha says it will happen this week. Megha says this is my last day at work. Dimpy asks for the name. Megha says Manav Chaturvedi. Mohan gets a fax which states that Manav's license was cancelled because he did not have proper degree. Karan shocked and Mohan says this marriage should not happen.
Nanhi not eating food. FIL asks what the matter is? Nanhi says I don't won;t to leave this house as this my house and my fathers house. Nanhi says I will never trouble you and Dadiji. Nanhi says you said our new papa will be of my and Addu's choice. FIL don't you like Manav? Nanhi says no I don't like him. He will take me far away from here. Renu worries that all her plans will flop. Manav listens to everything. Manav says now I know why Nanhi doesn't like me. Manav says I never thought about this before. Manav says there is nothing for me in US. Manav says I am thinking of settling here in a big city and open up a practice there so that you can keep meeting Nanhi and Addu. FIL says is that possible? FIL says Amar has a house in BHopal and it is a big city too. FIL says you can shift to the Bhopal house. Renu gets worked up and says what are you talking about? She tells Manav you are so successful in US will you leave all that just for kids. Manav says my happiness lies in kid's happiness.
Megha in PL tells Prerna that she is leaving. Prerna says you cannot leave till your farewell party. Prerna starts planning and asks Mohan to get a good gift for Megha. Mohan for her I will get the best gift so that she never forgets us. Mohan leaves.
Mohan in a jewelry shop and asks for silver gifts. He picks up a bracelet and a maang teeka. Riddhima comes to the shop and says hello to Mohan.
Precap: Megha & Mohan in PL. Megha offers a piece of cake to Mohan and Mohan takes it from her and makes her eat some. Then take a bite of it himself and applies cream on Megha's nose.
