Spice Girls Hangout: Hug-wa Edition

Rabba Ve SG's! 🤗

On Friday, I wondered if I was watching a Telly soap or a Bollywood movie. Now I'm convinced the CV's took advantage of BS's sabbatical to pacify angry wives and brush up on their Hindi movie backlog. (They probably raided whatever the Netflix equivalent is in India).

Bollywood has landed - run for the hills. On second thought, never mind. They already did run for the hills! 😉

That said - another MANIC, FULL OF ADRENALIN episode that leaves me wondering - is this the same show that dwelled so lovingly on the attributes of USB flash drives - basically Krishi Darshan for geeks? 😕

Today's Take 5 posted from that hilltop where Arnie's call of "Khushii-iii" is soaring into the stratosphere. Someone get him his Khushi before that voice cracks - he still needs to deal with Dimwit and Dimbulb back home. 😡

1. Coz I LUB him. YES I DO! Just took a year and a month and the prospect of certain death, for her to finally say it out loud. 😉

The Hulk wants to know WHY, oh why she betrayed him. Coz I don't like the way your face twitches when you get all worked up. Oops, Sorry! - that was totally me channeling Khushi-ji. 😛

She's actually WAY more brutal with her response - I'll go to any lengths to save Arnav-ji, because he's my HUSBAND and I LOVE HIM! So there.

Those facial muscles start dancing the rhumba at this point. Khushi-ji, you are SO going DOWN for this! 😡

2. Khushi - wait for me! I just gotta deal with all these pesky mosquitos first . Arnav-ji is kicking and punching and swatting his way to the door, and unfortunately misses that heartfelt confession of love. 🥺 He also (incredibly) doesn't recognize the profile of the man who lives in the same house as him, and who he hates more than anyone else in the world.

But the Hulk's brain works fast as usual - he dumps Asha Parekh ( oops, Khushi-ji) in the car and drives off. Rajesh Khanna (oops, Arnav-ji) is in hot pursuit in a jeep, singing "Mere Sapnon Ki Rani kab Aayegi Tu...". (OK - I think I mixed up about 3 movies there) 😛

The goon squad has a little more respect for road rules, and stop to don protective helmets before giving chase on motorbikes.

3. Um, Arnav-ji, did you release the parking brake on that jeep? Or were you driving at 20 miles an hour - like a senior citizen in a grocery store parking lot? 😕

Nothing else explains the fact that although the Hulk left like 5 seconds before Arnie, he still has time to pull over on the road, chat with Khushi-ji, truss her up like a chicken and then drive off insouciantly. She's lying flat on the road, waiting for Arnav-ji's jeep to roll her out like a tortilla.

Quick note here - whether it was SI or a BD lying on the road when the tires of that jeep practically ironed out her hair - they deserve combat freaking pay for that shot. A little TOO close for comfort. CV's - we want realism, but not quite that much, thank you. Put a mannequin on the road for crying out loud. We'll complain, but at least we won't flinch!

4. Arnav-ji - will you EVER be able to complete untying a knot? Whether it is a dori, or a rope tying her hands - he always leaves the job half done. In this case it is due to the goon brigade that has suddenly reproduced and swelled in numbers like mosquitos in a swamp.

Time for him to get his share of walloping while Khushi-ji decides self help is the best help. She frees her bonds and then darts in to help. 👏

Arnie's thanking his stars he chose the right sister at this time. Had it been dear Payaliya, Arnav-ji's goose would have been cooked, coz jiji is entirely capable of standing like a tree stump while the love of her life is getting the stuffing knocked out of him. 😕

5. Precap. Arnav-jiii! The wife does a swan dive off the cliff, disappearing from sight. That's all that Arnie needs to decide that enough is enough - and its time to stop doing an excellent imitation of a punching bag at the local gym.

The goon squad FINALLY skedaddles, and he's desperately peering over the edge of that cliff hoping to spot a flash of blue.

I know a lot of people are waiting for tomorrow because of Hugwa-ve. Me, I'm just happy that the Men In Black are gone. This IS the official end to the kidnapping track - right?

RIGHT? 😡

SEVEN LO-ONG WEEKS. I'd say we've been beyond patient. We've been practically saint-like, waiting for Mr. Sukhi Right to disappear and Mr. Arnav Singh Raizada to re-emerge from his chrysalis (I'm choosing to IGNORE all the kicking and screaming that the Take 5 has done - truck under PULL 😛)

CV's - we deserve a HUGE reward for this, wouldn't you say? 😉 If you're taking suggestions, I just have ONE.

I hope that jeep busted a gasket, and these two have no way of getting back home for a couple days. 😍 Make that three. Or a week. 😛

Time to get this party started! 🥳

Fast paced Monday building to money shot Tuesday? Is this finally the end of the kidnapping track? 🥱

Khushi's declaration of her love for Arnav was definetly the stand out points. "Behet Pyar karte hain..", unfortunately the person she confesses this to is the one who hates her husband the most. Shyam in a fit of fury, spews words that his love can go to any extent and that Arnav is going to pay dearly for the cost of Khushi's mistake. He ecohes this more than once and would indicate that once he knows that Arnav has escaped, he will poison Anjali's mind against Arnav and Khushi.

The fleeting seconds of happiness of Arnav seeing Khushi and vice versa while still held captive was done well by Barun and Sanaya. An angry Shyam decides that if he cannot attain his love neither should Arnav , leaves her tied in the middle of the road and makes his escape.

A completely "Casino Royale" inspired sequence with Arnav just missing Khushi as he diverts his jeep. Excellent work by the cinematography department, very well executed with fantastic expressions from Barun and Sanaya.👏

It is said that life flashes before your eyes as you encounter a life threatening situation. Arnav experienced the same today as he watches Khushi take the fall. The important moments from their journey together from Seesh Mahal to their marriage all freeze as he sees Khushi take the plunge. Wonderful somber BG music was a perfect tone to the scene. ASR as well as the Arnav in ASR have both witnessed the fact that Khushi will give her life for him thereby proving that she is innocent.

Looks like we are all set for Madhur milan as per precap, can we have one more day of RM free drama just for tomorrow😍

*EDITED*

Manic Monday Rabba Ve,ladeejh. 🤗 Mad, craji Take 5, girlfriend! ❤️

Manic indeed, J! - chase, fight, crazy, evil lover, mehbooba falling to her death... every single bad 80s B-grade BW movie trope possible was in play. 22 minutes of unadulterated ArHi time for the first time since forever (the last ME?) and this is how they serve it up? 😡

I really hope for all our sake, this translates into TRP gains else what a tragic waste of the show's best resources. If I wanted to watch bad BW action and a series of truly awful plot contrivances, why would I not just watch a Dabangg, a Ghajini or a Singham? Or better yet a Tamil/Telugu blockbuster where at least the fight choreography can be awesome? 😭

KKKhushi... Shyam has morphed into a composite of the SRK of Baazigar, Darr and Anjaam. The facial twitching was back in force... and the brief respite we got with a shaatir villain who seemed one step ahead in the game --- poof! The drama with the big reveal needs to unfold at RM so with a bunch of mind bogglingly bad contrivances, Shyam drives away facial muscles twitching from here to kingdom come .

"Aapki galti ki keemat, saale saheb ko chukani padegi. Yeh keemat hum unse badhiya tareeke se chukwayenge". So Shyam's kaarnamein are only going to get increasingly more bizarre. This is only the beginning... I think!😛

"Aur zaroorat padhne par hum aur bhi gir sakthe hain. Hadh sirf aap hi nahin, hamme bhi paar karni aati hai, apne pyaar ke liye". Khushi may not be done making deals with the devil, using herself as a human sacrifice to save her pyaar. The CVs have left this thread hanging to pickup as needed at a later point - The recipe for a good MU, recycle the old ones - JOY!

The one saving grace - the precap; seems like moneyshot Tuesday may be back with madhur milan. Irrespective of the results of the TRP sharth, we can all bid goodbye to the angry face DPs sometime tomorrow - we hope!

Also, Sobtiji if this was your bollywood action hero audition, thank god you're playing the metrosexual Sukhi! What was that deer in the headlights look we got as the bikes approached? At other points too, Sobti seemed off - not sure if shaking off Sukhi is proving harder than expected or the utter lack of convicion in playing these silly scenes was just peeking thru. 😕

I found the FBs interesting --- some of the key moments when Khushi was in distress and Arnav was there to rescue his damsel. Today, he was a helpless bystander as she fell ostensibly to her death. The FBs round off with the shaadi at the madir, with agni as saakshi. To have and to hold, for better or for worse and he fails her. The RTR checklist is growing pretty long. The agni visual - trial by fire for their marriage? Perhaps his agni pareeksha awaits on their return to RM? I also took that shaadi FB to mean that shaadi 360 may be happening sooner rather than later. 😍

Frankly, this may be the shot in the arm the TRPs need. Easy enough to draw out a happy wala shaadi for 3-4 weeks. Weave in a plot of Shyam trying his damndest to shoot things down, firing off the shoulders of his delusional patni and you have the requisite tension too. They can milk all the rasams till we scream for mercy. Let's see if the show releases the Brahmaastra! Sapnon ki duniya... much? 😍

DIYA's post...

And the kidnapping wraps up … finally … hopefully … dare we hope so?

More of 80's Bollywood … dhishum dhishum fight scenes and open jeep car chase … haayyeee, Rajesh Khanna singing "Mere Sapnon Ki Rani …" ok, wrong situation … this is back to Karz, and Rishi Kapoor and Simi Grewal … nope, abortive chase, as the villain made his getaway

So Khushi finally confesses her love … but to the wrong person … loved that curl of her lips and the scornful 'Aur bhi gir sakte hain …" If you can do anything for your so-called love, I can do worse … sign of things to come?

And Shyam repeated at least three times that Arnav would have to pay for Khushi's mistake of not loving him back again, more sign of things of come? Though currently all he meant was Arnav would pay with his life, because Shyam still had no intention of killing Khushi … not yet, not till he saw Arnav escape the goons, and realized his first plan had come a cropper … So the next plan of making Arnav pay … by making him responsible for Khushi's death … because finally he saw that he would never have Khushi for himself …

Random thought 1 – did Shyam fasten Khushi's seatbelt, or did Khushi do it herself?

Random thought 2 – how did Arnav fall so far back behind Shyam's car? Enough time for Shyam to tie up and gag Khushi and leave her on the road? His losing track of Shyam's car was hazily done …

Random thought 3 – why did Khushi not try to run away when Shyam stopped the car, instead of waiting and asking what he meant to do? Ok, scratch that one, looking at her size and his, he would have outrun her in about twenty seconds …

Truly chilling, breath-holding moment … when Arnav rounded the jeep on the curve and saw Khushi lying on the road right in front of him … their identical expressions of shock and horror … the split-second last minute swerve within a hairs breadth of Khushi's head … phew!!!! 😲👏

Random thought 4 – why was Arnav waiting for so long to start untying her?

More dhishum dhishum … and a female Rabba ve … which was cut in the Middle East transmission, I saw it only on re-watch … again, how similar are these two … Khushi galvanised into action on seeing Arnav getting hurt … enough to free herself … and Arnav galvanized into that final burst of energy to get rid of Lallan mian and the rest on seeing Khushi fall over the edge …

Random thought 5 – there was a nice stick lying by the road side … why couldn't Khushi try to use it instead of shouting "Arnavji" at regular intervals? My pet peeve with all Hindi Bolly and tellywood heroines …

Next truly breath-holding moment … the expressions as Khushi falls backwards over the edge of the cliff … and Arnav's flashbacks … all the times he managed to catch her in time, save her … and this time, he didn't …

Last truly breath holding moment … The last "Khushiii" on the edge of the cliff … a reminder of his anguish when he first thought she had betrayed him … then too, he thought he had lost her, that she was not his … and now too, he thought he lost her … when he knew she was his

Precap – tomorrow is going to be heart-wrenching … and I have not watched the SBS/SBB … and don't intend to!

ETA: Di turning a delicate shade of grey, even if Shyam has to absent himself for a while, would do wonders ... In fact, it would be good if Shyam decides to make himself scarce for a little while when Arnav Khushi reappear ... leaving Anjali's mind sufficiently poisoned to start turning against Khushi. And then Arhi have to figure out a way to deal with her, and to show her Shyam's real face, in order to throw Shyam out of RM for once and for all. Anjali's delicate mental condition during pregnancy means that Arnav has to handle her with kid gloves, humour her while trying to protect her and Khushi both ... Khushi has to put up with Anjali's changed behaviour ... and Shyam keeps trying to instigate Anjali, and through her, the rest of the family.

Sugar's post

Hello Ladies!!

Boley to, kya bindaas episode tha!!! Hahaha, sorry I couldn't resist, I had to bring out the little bollywood in me too ;)

But seriously, it was a fire cracker of an episode, had it all, action, drama, mystery and romance. I won't lie, I was absolutely expecting Arnav to hear it all especially because Khushi counter-opposed everything Shyam said and it would've been the perfect terrace 360 but alas... almost!

Arnav sees Khushi and reaches out to her with his right hand... I don't know if that was to hide Shyam's physique or if there was more symbolical interpretation, I thought it was because Indian Hindu married men wear their wedding rings on their right hand so it had some of that husbandly-protector factor in there, but the symbolic experts like Veeps and Mandy could decipher this if there was one!

You know, I doubt Arnav did not see Shyam, he must have seen some if not all. And if that car really was a Raizada car, then Shyam's a done deal. Because, Shyam came with the intention of killing Arnav and then Khushi, so I don't think he feared being seen, I don't know in how much detail the car hide was planned out.

I absolutely loved the just in time swirl. Yes, we all knew that's what would happen, but the car was freakishly close, and Barun and Sanaya was fabolous with their expressions.

Okay, I'm a BS, ASR sucker, I did not like seeing one of my favorite people getting beaten up so much, but it added that oomph factor with her being held at gun point. They showed his submissiveness and love and how that peaks everything else.

I really liked how Khushi was constantly active and not passive despite the shock. Her only aim was to get to her Arnav ji and she did that till the end, not worrying about the fatal consequences it could have on her. Well though out CVs!

The flashbacks were gold! I really liked the inclusion of them, They really highlighted how he's always been there when she was about to get hurt and how he's always been there to protect her or heal her and eventually how despite him forcing her to marry him, she's still here in front of him risking her life to save him. Brilliant CVs 👏

I know everyone's wondering on where this leaves the Arnav-Khushi-Shyam factor. But, I think ASR knows more than he will show. He will have something up his sleeve and will bring down Shyam when he least expects it.

He knows Anjali is the biggest obstacle in his way of eradicating Shyam and thus, he'll shut up till he can slowly seep it into her that Shyam is a DB, and he will do this ptimarily with help from the Guptas and then Nani, Maami and Akash will join in. This will start of as Arnav-Khushi vs. Shyam-Anjali but it will eventually turn into A-K, G's and R's against Anjali-Shyam with Anjali taking the final step to her brother and family and ending Shyam's reign.

And finally, Barun, Sanaya, Abbhas, Arshad, Gul, Nizzar and everyone at 4 Lions, take a bow, because today was your saving grace. The folks here loved the episode and discussed it way after it was done and that is a sign, albeit small, but a very good one 😊

Vistaa's Post...

Salam-namaste SG's 🤗

Want to say a big shukriya to Doc for reserving a spot and to you all for the hospitality😊 Thanks !!

What a cracker of an episode...bole toh ekdum fulltime paisa vasool!!! Emosun tha, dirama tha, tyres squeeled, mobikes swerved, and our hearts raced...ab aur kya chaahiye aapko...do rupaye mein saara jangal khareedoge kya??😛 😆
But what of the hug, you ask? All in good time, my friends, all in good time. So there was bollywood and in a nod to the firangi cousin, Hitchcock to be precise, there was dear old Arshad himself on the mobike...only to magically disappear once the fists started flying...didn't know goons hired drivers too 😃..
Loved Khushi through the "hum unse bohat pyaar karte hain" avowal...this girl brings such intensity to a scene without any hamming...👏
Somebody please solve the 15 days mystery for me? What was all that about? Shyam keeping Arnav alive for fifteen days? Then the unnatural death clause of the will becomes invalid?😕 How, pray tell?
About Khushi falling...I think the creative team decided to go this route so that the two could stay in the jungle for a while...without any pressing need of medical intervention...yes, there is blood in the precap...but methinks that is a red herring, pun definitely intended😃 I find myself quite warming to the idea of a haven in the jungle for the dearies...away from RM and its inhabitants' hold on their emotions and attention.
Did I say, can't wait till tomorrow? 😊
@Jamba: loved the "Krishi Darshan for geeks" 😆😆👏 It used to be called "Chaupal" in LKO...

Today both Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde have come out to play. Two parallel thoughts expressed in two languages because in IPK, everything has to be done at least twice.

Yeh TRP nahi aasaan bus itna samajh li jiye
numbers ka darya hai, dhishum dhishum kar kay jaana hai

***********************************************************
aik mukka to mujh ko udhar day day
aur badle main
TRP mata ka pyaar lay lay

***********************************************************

main aur meri sanity
aksar yeh batain kartay hain
logic hoti to aisa hota
logic hoti to waisa hota
Arnav khushi ki baat sunta
aur Shaym ko bohat peet ta
Khushi 'Arnavji' kay agay kuch bolti
Arnav 'Khushi' kay agay kuch bolta

Magar yeh ho na saka
Magar yeh ho na saka
aur ab yeh alam hai
khushi ki sandal kahin
NK ka bhi kuch pata nahi
Soch rahi hai TRP mata
inn sub ki zaroorat nahi

iss kidnapping say nikal aaye ga serial
main jaanti hoon meri Spice Girls
magar yun hi..
kabhi kabhi yunhi khayal aata hai
jub main aur meri sanity tanha hotay hain

*************************************************************
Ponder-ings of the day:

1. My car needs new brakes. Where did Lallan ji get brakes for his jeep? amazing response time.
2. Does Arnavji give driving lessons? Koosie ki wig baal baal bach gai. Kiya turn thi!
3. When I say Arnavji, you say Khushi! Arnavji! Khushi! Arnavji! Khushi!... runs in infinite loop.
4. ASR is a haridwar graduate or a recent dropout from Sallu Bhai's dole-dikhao-kidnapper-bhagao boot camp? Use of wrong muscle. Need more brain and less biceps.
5. Hum Lallan ji kay soormay kay fan ho gai hain! Till this date I struggle with putting on eyeliner. His soorma was flawless

Epi was qabil-e-bardaasht for the following reasons:

1. flashbacks
2. Good camera work. I am a wannabe photographer so sucker for technicalities. Arnav's silhouette in the Sun was nicely done. Direction in general was noticeably better.
3. Precap - I hope tomorrow's episode does not have a lot of family drama, even if it is there I hope it is well-edited and placed towards the end of the episode. Continuity in the frame is needed to maintain the emotions and romance.

What I would like to see:

1. Khusi telling Arnav everything. This is the only uninterrupted time they are going to get plus audience needs to know the MU is completely cleared. Putting logistical issues and lead's availability aside, story wise if their soul connection was more than enough, the MU shouldn't have stretched this far. Doesn't make sense for the soul connection to pop in and out whenever it is convenient. Koi Mama ji thodi hai.. kabhi aaye kabhi chalay gaye. In the flashbacks today, ASR acknowledged the marriage so it makes perfect sense for them to have a conversation and clear everything. Both of them create more problems by not communicating. If their relationship has to progress, it has to be shown by them taking the basic first step: communication. Saying it out loud doesn't nullify the union of souls but strengthens it.
2. Both of them should know by now that concealing things comes at a great price and has almost cost them their lives. Interesting fact: Shyam kay saamnay dono ki zubaan bohat chalti hai aur aik doosray kay saamnay?
3. If CVs like closing the loops that's fine. They can have the terrace 360 but this time around make Anjali the primary witness and everyone else as support (Arnav, NK and Mami). Make Shyam blurt out the truth about physical harm to Anjali which can call for ASR to beat him black and blue. Waiting to reveal the truth to Arnav on terrace is asking for further dragging and stretching which can be a bad move. Arnav needs to know NOW. Not two weeks from now. Be realistic. Make him use his shaatir brain, make Khushi his anchor, show both of them playing along to corner Shyam. That would be interesting drama and so in-line with ASR's character. Keep brain farts to a minimum and refrain from selective use of intelligence. If he is smart enough to create the mother-of-all-wills, why can't he use his brains to beat Shyam at his own game?

Lastly, I thought today's episode was a necessary evil BUT could have used a lot less action. More is not necessarily better. CVs were inspired by THE KING for today's episode:

This post is too long. I'm in those full on moods. Bear with me or Skippety Skip.😳

When I first watched the epi. I thought it was really good, the 2nd time I watched it was even better. The 3rd time I watched it on the big screen, it was absolutely brilliant...👍🏼

So well done Cvs for keeping us hooked for the second week. Keep it up. You have a hard time ahead and loads of crazy fans. Keep doing this and don't bow down to the pressure.⭐️

Anyways Back to episode. Full on Action packed bollywood drama in full swing. I love this kind of bollywood. Its like a blast from the past when SRK had all those movies out and they were fabulous to watch unlike the confusing junk nowadays...😊

Epi starts at Shyam Khushi Convo.

Absolutely brilliant this. Shyam trying to figure out in his own creepy way why Khushi can not love him...(Really Shyam, you need to ask? Do I need to explain?)

Anyway, Khushi Confesses her love for her Arnavji and we get the full twitchiness.

The dialogues here (the only dialogues in the episode infact were fantastic)

The "Ghiri Hui Hai"

Fabulous.👏👏👏

I couldn't help thinking back to May 7th when Arnav says "because you don't have a character"

The contrast between those two scenes. Khushi broke down when Arnav accuses her and you can see how much those words hurt her...Because the man she loves thinks so low of her.

Today Khushi accepted that fact proudly and proved how much low she can go to get her Pati. I love you girl you are the epitome of Nayi Soch.🤗

"Aur Zaroorat pare to aur bhi ghir Sakte Hai.Kyunki humne jo bhi Kia Arnavji ke liye kiya, Apne pati ke liye kiya, Kyunki hum unse behaad pyar karte hai..." Aww girl. So do We!!😍

And here blows Shyams Fuse...And he goes on a craziness spree and drags her to the car just when Arnavji sees the light of day and the missus and We get the Rabba Ve...What a breath of fresh air that was. Shame about them both having bugs stuck to them...

Arnav who's distracted by the wifey and trying to fend of the keeray makoray is unable to see Shyam. But I'm not worried. That cut on shyams face in the spoiler pix has to have happened by Arnav's fist so its all good.😆

And so begins the chase. K and S leading, A in second place and the doubled up bugs on the 4 mooby's.

Shyams finally gone loopy like his missus and decides to finish with khoosi once and for all.🤪

And how Melodramatic it was. Of course I Loved it!😃

A reminiscence of old movies where you see the evil man twirling his mustache in the top hat tying the damsel onto the rail tracks so the hero can come to the rescue of the damsel in distress and ride away into the sunset!😆

Arnav catches up realises he's going to run over and swerves just in time to save her.

Another amazing scene. Well Shot and Well Directed. Of course i knew he wouldn't run over but it had me screaming at the screen...I smell symbolism here. The guy always hurts himself to protect Khushi. Arnav got a bang to the head so Khushi would be safe.

The shock and fear in both BS and SI's expressions were marvellous to watch.

And then the relief, coupled with worry.

A goes to help K, and voila the moobs catch up. Here, I saw a play into the head versus heart battle. And Sobti does a great job in portraying his dilemma. Should he help Khushi? Or fend of the Moobs? Heart wins and he decides to free Khushi only to be Ambushed.

And we have lots of Dhishum Dishum. Too Much Dhishum.🤓

I loved how during all the fight scenes he was still looking to see if Khushi was ok.

And when he was on the ground the eye lock both share was amazing. Both giving each other the hope, strength and determination to fight back for each others sake. Again brilliantly expressed that a random nobody like me could tell.

And fight back they do. Arnav gives it back. Khushi free herself from the ropes.

And steps in Lallan to show his punjabiness. (i'm punjabi, I can say that right?🤔) points a gun to Khushi.

And Arnav for his Khushi, sacrifices himself again. Allows himself to get beat up so his Khushi can remain safe.

Lallan being a Lallu flings the patli sukhi Khushi with his punjabi man strength and hurls her off the cliff. Satyanash Lallan. Ai ki kitha tu???😡

This was the perfect scene in the whole episode for me. The slow motion falling, Arnav freezing when he realises what happens, coupled with Fbs from A's side, his life with Khushi flashing before his eyes. All the times he saved her from falling till the time he made her his, with the haunting background music and Dupatta flying in the Air, and the running to the edge. Wonderful.

And that's when the supermanish quality in ASR is awoken and he gives the losers a final whack raises a gun to Lallu's head and the 4 little piggies run off home.

Really Cvs?? It was that simple? If you told me I would have shipped a crate of (not real obviously) Water Guns to Arnav. With love from Scotland...😲

Anyway Arnav runs to his Khushi. You can see the shock wearing of and the panic settling in when he can't see her and we get the one we have been waiting for . Khushiii!!!!

complete with the perfect silhouette.😍

Precap ' no comment. The romantic in me is awake fully from it self induced slumber and is looking forward to the full on mush. And that "Khushi Talk to Me Dammit. It's not Funny" was sheer perfection...

A romantic VM made on Shweta's request...for the romantic days ahead...Long Live!👏

Another powerpacked episode to start off the week, CVs you really are back from your slumber! Best of all the focus was full on ARHI, no switch to RM to divert our attention. Thank you for this!
So we start where we left off Friday with Shyam and Khushi confrontation. I just loved when Khushi told Shyam just how far she would go to save her husband because she loves him, sadly Arnav did not hear this but actions do speak louder than words. This is not the first time Arnav has seen Khushi risk her life to save his, if that is not love then what is??

Shyam, just when I think he couldn't sink lower he does. I was shocked to see him tie Khushi up like that and leave in in the middle of the road where she could die. This scene made my heart race though you knew Khushi would not be run over just look at how close she came to be, talk about a close call!!

While the scene that followed did drag on longer than expected it was worth it. The FB were a nice touch, the RTR track is back on and I'm glad it is. I know I said I could care less for it but that is when we were going through an ARHI drought, now I feel its still necessary not only because of what he put her through but because it strengthens their relationship even more. Arnav is going to stand by Khushi through thick and thin, even if it means going against his Di. Can't wait especially after what I saw in SBS/SBB, bring on the romance

SGs the action fest continues unabated though hopefully for the last day as the action director's 3 week contract finally draws to a close.

So we have fists and kicks flying inside the den, outside GH oops den where once Arnav rabba ve'd Khushi as she fed pattals to the cow and finally at the cliff's edge.

The creep Khushi conversation finally had Khushi verbalizing her love. He is no longer in any doubt that she loves Arnav and would go to any lengths to save him.

"aapki galti ki keemat Arnav ko chukani padegi" Foreshadowing the upcoming trials and tribulations? Khushi's one mistake of not divulging creep's lecherous intentions and Arnav will have to pay the price. How? Probably by having to choose between Di and Khushi.

Arnav is finally out of the den and sees Khushi. Cue sad rabba ve. Loved Arnav and Khushi's brief euelock- the look of longing and relief at finally seeing each other. In a convenient move he does not see creep thereby dashing hopes of a terrace 360.

Creep manages to bundle Khushi into a car and the jeep chase follows. In the hopes of speeding through the run and rescue track am willing to overlook the fact that this sequence begged more credibility.

Khushi is left bound and gagged in the middle of the road by a crazed and spurned lover who still professes undying love, presumably, so that Arnav can continue to be in the dark about kidnapper's identity while creep has time to go home and salvage the bubbling crisis there to Khushi's disadvantage.

"Tera ek kadam. Iska kissa khatam" Who knew there was a hidden poet under Lallan's menacing exterior😉

The whole Arnav getting beaten by Rocky and team was hard to watch really and I wished it had ended sooner.

And then Khushi's fall sequence which was fabulously done. As Arnav watches in horror Khushi tips over the cliff edge. The fear of losing her in his eyes and their whole journey together flashes before him. How it all started, the attraction and finally culminating into marriage with fire as their witness.

Her fall giving him the strength to fight the goons who finally scamper away. The frantic calls to Khushi ending with that one anguished cry and a perfect silhouette against the setting sun. BS was superlative here👏

Overall the epi could have done with little less action. But if this means we're finally done with the action genre then I'll take it.

Precap- absolutely fabulous and Tuesday's epi can't come sooner. Kitne din jo ho gaye unki dammit sunke 😳
