Hello :) I honestly don't know where I'm going with this one...its going to be a series of unconnected drabbles. I think this one's going to lean towards the darker side of the spectrum, so there probably won't be much fluff. I think I'm going to explore all sorts of risque themes here, or at least try to.

Also, this kind of writing might not be for everyone, but I've been trying to get this out of my system since ages so I hope you guys review, if only to tell me you didn't like it :)

And Virtus is Latin for power.

Virtus

She revels in the feel of its ebony frame in her hand, a heady rush of raw power running astray in her, pumping its way furiously inside her. Her forest green eyes glint in the moonlight even as tendrils of her hair ghost her face making her look almost angelic; an expression that was at odds with her smirk. She feeds off the waves of fear emanating from the man in front of her. Her blood sings when he cowers in front of her, his bloodshot eyes spilling copious amount of tears. She laughs. She doesn't stop the feral smile making its way up her face when his lips curl into a wordless scream of terror. He has nice eyes. The perfect shade of blue. She revels in the feel of its ebony frame in her hand, and before he can blink, she pulls the trigger.
