Maanvi's (Niaa Sharma) life is filled with happiness as she has found her first love in Virat (Kushal Tandon) in Cinevistaas' Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai on Star Plus. However, her health condition will soon hit a new low when the treatment for which she has come to Mumbai will be called off due to the deterioration in her health condition.
However, Viren (Karan Tacker) and Virat who are aware of this development decide to hide it from both Jeevika (Krystle Dsouza) and Maanvi. Their aim is to keep the sisters happy, and to attain this, Viren (who is otherwise very truthful) lies for the first time. The brothers somehow succeed in taking Maanvi and Jeevika back to Chandhigarh.
