Although its not "that" time of the year (not month 😛) I was wondering what would Payal do if she needs to get her appraisal done at the end of the year!

A: Hmm... Oh! I didn't realize it works that way. I thought a "goal" is a "goal". Once we achieve it, it doesn't matter who worked towards it, but both will get the credit..
Q: No. You have to have your own goals for which you are responsible, you work towards achieving it and that's what you claim to have done in the appraisal. Ok. So this goal is invalid.. so I can't give you any raise. Can you think of any other goals? Which we can evaluate?
A: Ummm...Other goals...I returned Ajali Di's Thaal during Teej Pooja and then helped MIL with the fancy dress (it didn't go well though, because of that other bahu - who must have achieved her goals...) I don't care if you give me a raise or not, I will Akash to increase my pocket money.. Yippiee..

In yesterday's episode she redeemed herself a bit by NOT allowing creepwa to touch Khushi.. Thank God..But still the above appraisal holds true until she achieves her goal of finding papers 😆
