I too hope its not Akash ... for 2 reasons ..

1. Mami will be devastated to know that. CVS can't do that to her after showing her caring so much for Arnav.

2. Arnav & Anjali have been cheated by their own relatives in the past ... it can't happen to them again. Arnav still has a hard time forgetting all that. And this will just make it worse...
