Anjali saw Shyam Nd Khushi on d terrace Nd also arnav seeing dem...as she luvs Shyam Nd cannot bare separation from him she acted being unconscious wen arnav was telling her d truth Nd cooked up d whole pregnancy thing...in her words she wanted the two ppl whom she luved d most to b wid her(arnav & Shyam)...she always is there wen Shyam does sumthing fishy Nd covers it up Infront of her...she knows it all but ignores
For arnav being kidnap...I think hez not...the guy who came to him at d airport was someone who told him d truth...ok it might sound weired but I think it was khushi's dad...and arnav out of guilt is hiding...as nani said...only this time it is not a trunk Nd punishing himself more than just becoming'murga'.
May b hez is going to do sumthing big like suicide Nd b4 tat he confesses his luv for Khushi...

Sry ppl...weekend Nd no ipkknd drives me crazy Nd I can't help thinking weird things
