Manvi, the mommy...Jeevika, the baby

The role reversal was right in your face today. Manvi put Jeevika to sleep, fed her and made her walk again (beautiful chemistry between the girls). Out of all the complaints I have from this show, one thing I'm grateful for is these very precious moments between two sisters rather than say a conventional couple. Usually you would see the husband taking care of the wife (which Viren does too) but Manvi goes that extra mile for Jeevika and that's something the latter knows very well which is why she kept telling Manvi to stay beside her...just like a kid is adamant on not leaving their mums side. These two are just like that, they haven't grown out of needing each other and touchwood they'll never reach that stage. Just to be a party pooper however, the editing was shoddy again. They suddenly showed Manvi crying in the room, they cut out Jeevika wiping Manvi's tears and if I'm not wrong they also edited few of the brother dialogues which we saw o SBS but I won't complain too much because I got my Behnas back (though I want much more). Manvi is such an amazing sister (Duh!)...the way she was holding her cough in so Jeevika doesn't get worried was horrible. How much can you do before it gets too much? :( This accident definitely seems to have put Jeevika on the right track! She's actually thinking outside the box though I felt bad for her when Viren came out with the truth. Will she probe further in to the matter? She has to right?

I love to that scene as despite Maanvi did look very poorly today, and ware out. I hope Jeevika notice this, and think twice why her Maanu did not give blood.

Reemz, I so agree with you. You described everything beautifully. Today's sister bonding scene was absolutely beautiful. I enjoy the couple scenes but the sister scenes are still my favorites. They show the relationship of these two sisters so beautifully in the show. I think I used beautiful/beautifully too many times now.

Anyways, I would be disappointed BIG time if something doesn't click in Jeevika on Monday and she realizes there must surely be something wrong with Maanvi to refuse blood to Jeevika. Jeevika knows Maanvi literally worships her so really, she should know about something being wrong.

P.S: what editing are you talking about? When Maanvi was crying in her room, Virat dragged her to Jeevika's room and than they hugged and than Jeevika wiped her tears.

Yup yup...she did. I watched it twice cause I love the sisterly scenes!

Oh I noticed too that Maanvi looked very tired and weak. I thought it might be from crying but maybe they are starting to show that she's getting weaker. I hope Jeevika at least notices that!

Go ahead :) I don't have my prefs on so don't know which one it is. I've been waiting for ages to get substantial Behna scenes again so I can change my dabba! They've been a long time coming...
