I think new will is in favour of their baby, so that he can also njoy the property. Will favouring himself is riskier for shyam. As it attracts suspicion of others. And last day i read a spoiler that anjali's pregnancy will b the big twist. So i b'lve it is 4 baby

Whereas, bad intentions make even the most intricately designed plan, riskier.

Point 3 was just what i was thinking... He is such a sweet talker and can convince anyone.. he had us convinced the first few months.. why doesn't he use his speech talent and become a rich lawyer.. such a lazy a** he is.. He always keeps wanting and obsessing over stuff he can never have or never will..

yeah and second thing is that after getting signed will he will kill Asr and will leave no clue left then no one would be in his way... but if he gets power of attorney then Asr can claim that shyam has deceived me and all Raizadas will go against him (shyam) and Arnav will get all of his attorney back by hook or crook... because even shyam know that Arnav is smarter than him so it is better to get the way of WILL
