i think this is just a built up to the guilt track... arnav is changing (though not out of choice) and these moments are going to be replayed when they are going to change places... khushi will be the one hating him and maybe stop talking to him and arnav will want her forgiveness, he will probably then try all sorts of stunts to make her react to him in order to get a confession... same way that shes trying to irritate him

bubbly in a summer camp is definitely not a bad idea ;)
