~Chaat Date~

"Finally, I and Sharon are together! I am taking her out on a date today." Swayam exclaimed.

"But where are you taking her?" Rey asked.

"I don't know." he replied.

"Sharon is classy. Take her to an exclusive five star restaurant. What about the Park Hotel? It has amazing Italian and Chinese cuisine. I am sure she will love It." he suggested.

"But it's Sharon. It has to be something different." Swayam answered still thinking about the appropriate place to take her.

"Ok, all the best with your 'different'!" Rey replied.

"Where should I take her?" he asked himself.

The car came to a halt near a roadside stall and Sharon looked at Swayam with confusing eyes.

"Come." he said while getting out of the car.

"Here?" she asked making a face still sitting inside the car.

"Just give it a try, please." he retorted and opens the passenger's door for her to come out.

Sharon came out reluctantly and scrutinized the poorly built and unhygienic stall.

Swayam took her hand in his and ushered her inside and they took a table.

"You don't have a good choice." she muttered while taking a seat.

"Don't say that; you are my choice too!" he laughed.

"So, Miss. Rai Prakash did you ever have Paani-Puri?" he asked her after brief moments of silence.

"No. I don't like such things." she replied bluntly.

"Well, in that case, get us a plate of paani-puri." he ordered the waiter.

The plate arrived in a minute with five golguppas; three with teekha paani and two with meetha paani.

Swayam took on spicy golguppa instantly and ate it up enjoying the spicy flavours.

Sharon took one and was quite hesitant to eat it. So, she took a small bite, due to which all its contents spilled on the table.

"Sharon, you need to eat that all at once." he instructed her how to eat it.

She followed him and took a golguppa in her mouth and savoured its taste. She hates to accept that but it actually tasted good.

She quickly took another from the plate but Swayam stopped her.

"That's the spicy one! You won't be able to have it."

"How much spicy can it be?" she snapped and took that in her mouth.

"You will get to know."

As those spices along with the cold water and the chillies entered her mouth, she started gasping for water and tears rushed down her eyes.

Swayam handed her a glass of water and wiped her tears with the back of his hand.

"It's way too spicy! But I seem to like it" she replied after feeling a bit relieved.

"So, what's next?" she asked excitedly.

"Pao Bhaji!" Swayam ordered.

Even though Sharon finds it to be a bit too fatty and insanitary but she quickly takes a bite.

"It's really good!" she replied with her mouth full of food.

Swayam just smiled adoring her.

They had all the varieties of Chaat and now both of them were completely full.

Swayam felt contented that Sharon enjoyed the evening.

"What was the best of all?" he asked her.

"Paani-Puri!" she replied straightaway.

"Well, in that case, let's have a competition for who can eat more paani-puri and that too the spicy one!" he declared.

"If you win, I'll give you a kiss and if I win I get a kiss!" he continued and smiled waiting for her reaction.

"Deal!" she chuckled.
