The Firsts ...

Today finally each one lets the other get a glimpse of whats going on in their hearts and minds.the very first time they both let their guards down...the strife...anguish..pain..anger...he just lets her peek in at the pain he has nurtured and nourished for years...coz this is the very pain that turned a young teenager arnav into ASR...first time he allows a chink in his armor...while she for a brief instant allows herself the luxury of tears...coz since the day she promised him..i wont cry over u ..she hasn't shed a tear...finally brings the truth out in the open...i m angry...for a zillion things u have done..i have complains..i have issues...but...i dont take them out like u do..no..never...

Another epic first...he recognises..understands and gradually respects the way the other half of the world survives...the middle class mentality taunt that was always flung in Khushi's face...has finally lots its sting for him..the past days have finally made him realise..its no laughing matter...its the bitter reality for which she should be respected and not ridiculed...what an insightful first for a pseudo snob...

And again for the first time..he tries to stop her...tries to talk to her ...maybe apologise for his recent behaviour..who knows..(its not impossible...looking at how this bad boy is turning into a good one...i m getting nightmares now...i can take anything but a well behaved ASR..eww😈..i like him evil 😃)..

The way he apologized to buaji and amma...a never before seen ASR..and the heart to heart conversation...the trio have..the way with tears in his eyes he confesses i can never call anyone mother...gut wrenching...i hope its the first in a long series of such family bonding scenes...he opened up for the first time in front of someone other than his di...that is some mind boggling first...what progress!!!!!!!

And my favourite first..his cute sorry gift to his sweetheart..for the first time again he brought something keeping Khushi in mind..he did order food yesterday but that was for the whole family...but this he got for her...and err come on u dont get golgappas for senior citizens...(he himself confessed yesterday that khushi loves spicy...so obviously this was to manofy the ruthi hui wifey...chho chhweet 😍)...

His drooling over his gol gappa gobbling biwi...not a first..he has done that before..but somehow it felt like the first genuine mooh main paani moment after the wedding..(he has been too bitter..totally karelafied to salivinate over his beautiful biwi...)..but today another first..atleast for me...

Regarding the budget issues for the production house though... I'd like to just say that the most fundamental problem with the show over the last few months haven't been budget-related. It's been story and dialogue. So, to me, those were things that could have still been good regardless of budget. But, I really do hope that things are on their way back up. Today was very promising.

I swear! And he just did that keeping Khushi and her happiness and her family in mind! That's like...SO SO -Un-ASRish...and TOO cute...cuteness PERSONIFIED I'd say! :)

todays scene reli shows how both Arnav and Khushi hav changed in their characters because they seem more grown up...even with the argument...arnav could have gone into ASR mode and reli shouted at khushi...but he didn't and he seemed more calm even though he doesnt like the situation he is living/dealing with...i think he is really realising the impact of living a middle-class lifestyle...the way in which khushi lived...(or maybe still lives in to a certain extent)..and maybe he is accepting her in this way...even though for him it is nowhere near to wot he is used to!
