Apr.23rd: Kaash yeh sapna sach hota

I liked today's epi...a lot of the things are panning out as expected but let's see if the fallout is worth it.


The bits that stood out:

1) Gautam has noticed Rashmi's ajeeb behavior and told her off for it...they're pucca going to break up soon...

2) MM's convo outside in the garden as they're waiting to leave...Megha as expected is again telling Mohan to give Rashmi a second chance...Mohan pretty much told her directly that he doesn't love Rashmi but sadly he also added that Rashmi is getting married now so she's too late...so this second line is what Megha will latch on to after the truth is revealed to Rashmi and her engagement breaks up too...Rashmi was making a lot of goo goo eyes at Mohan as he was leaving too...

Before this I liked Megha thanking Mohan for doing so much for the kids...and Mohan's surprised expression when she tells him all this happiness on their faces is because of him😆...nice MM moment there...and Mohan's slip up about "aur meri shaadi toh..."😆


3) So ummm that article was wrong...Jeeji didn't do anything...Mohan was the one that saved Megha when the FIL sees them getting out of the taxi together...bechara took the entire blame on himself only by making the excuse of the lift and ended up having to hear more taunts from the FIL about staying away from this family...yeh dushmani toh long term pangaa hoga hi...the FIL's disapproval of Mohan.


4) Renu-Guru nautanki relating to the weighing scale...😆


5) Mohan's narration of the entire farmhouse adventure to Guru..."Ek thi Rashmi...permanently confused...ek thi Rashmi ki maa...aayi videsi bann ke lekin jaate jaate desi ban gayi...ek Nanhi jisne apne nakli papa se khoob pyar kiya...ek Addu...Piddi...jisne apne nakli papa se khoob nafrat ki...aur ek Mrs. Bhatnagar...jo har pal kuch na kehte huye, kuch kehte huye bhi ek nayi kahaani likhti gayi...aur in sabke beech ek tha Mr. Mohan Bhatnagar jo shaayad ab tak yehi samajh raha tha...ki kaash yeh sapna sach hota"...I really loved this entire bit...choice of FBs was good too...

So as we predicted before this farmhouse track...the entire idea was to get Mohan used to this family possibly being his...that 'kaash yeh sapna sach hota' line ties up to that only.


Precap...Rashmi maharani lands up in Juna Mohalla just as Mohan and Megha are breathing a sigh of relief that they don't have to lie anymore...so I guess Rashmi has shown up to invite them to her engagement...maybe Guru and Megha will handle it somehow...will Megha take her to Mohan's apartment and there will be more fumbling attempts to hide the truth there?

Me just loved that scene, Anu. The dialogues were beautiful and not at all over-the-top senti lines but lines that suited the character, perfectly. 😊 JUST LOVED IT. 😊

or last scene guru &mohan ... mohan dialogues so nicely to guru whole FH story who was there very lovely shout Nanhi who gave loads of love to her fake fatherawww, then there was Addu who want lost of gift to his fake father..:P or Mrs Bhatnagar thi my fav link ot Mr Mohan Bharnagar who thinking that this dream comes true. awww

Loved your analysis Anu..a good episode again..

I am liking how much Gautam's character is growing through every episode..and Rashmi's that much immature..Megha and Mohan over hearing them ..per laghta hai uska koi faayda nahi hua Megha pe.. she has struck to her new mission of bringing Mohan and Rashmi together..
Here the bits that stood out for me.. Megha happily sharing about kids being happy and enjoying after a long time saying that it is all because of Mohan..Mohan surprised but totally in awe of this praise from Megha..
and Mohan clearly stating that he is no more in love with Rashmi.. 'wo gautam se shaadi kar rahi hain aur meri shaadi aap...' where he stops and looks at Megha..he was such a kid over there..and the satisfied look with that smile he has while going back with them..it was such a kodak moment..

Guru never fails to taunt Renu with those one liners.. '..wazan sirf shareer ka nahin..paapo ka hain..' 😆 finally Renu's Yoga remained a one day wonder..😆

Vyas parivaar ka scene was little far fetched.. Renu taking on herself again to question Megha and FIL keeping quiet for a long time..he too is fully not convinced about this whole picnic thing..but it seemed there was so much stress on those conditions of not talking to Mohan again..gave a glimpse of the future and what MM would face firstly with Rashmi issue and later with other bigger ones..

anyways loved the last part which for me was the best one..Mohan has become so vocal about his feelings..guru coaxing mohan with '..akele gaye the, per loute tho poore parivaar ke saath..kya hua..' it looked like Mohan was waiting to pour it all and who else has a right to know other than his biwi and his inner voice..😆 it was an ideal mia biwi scene..guru sitting with his vegetables and listening to Mohan..😆 Mohan slowly explaining about each character feeling it all again..and how his expression suddenly changes when sharing about Mrs Bhatnagar..😆
and I felt that Mohan is closer to getting a closure on Rashmi or at least Rashmi has stopped disturbing him as before.. '...ek thi Rashmi..jisko nahi patha life mein kya chahiye..' if he can say that clearly and also confidently tell Megha that he does not love Rashmi anymore, it surely is an improvement from the time when he used to get restless and irritated whenever somebody bought her name..aur ab tho har waqt he has Megha in his mind and heart..and good that he is becoming more open about what his feelings are towards Rashmi at present..
and the highlight was at the end him saying '...kaash ye sapna sach ho jaaye..' and Guru's expression over there..awww..

precap: and there comes Rashmi again..surely we will get a scene where Megha has to take her to Mohan's house..they have no choice other than to carry this act further.. ab tho ye ghar tak aa gayi hain..and we have Guru too here..so we may get to see the confusions with all three of them taking this act further..and hope to get some lighter moments too with them..

I LOVED it too, An...firstly fab dialogues as you said and not at all over the top senti types...just so genuine and heartfelt in all their musing also...it touched me...Kunal was fab in this scene.

That MG scene was the best in the episode... accompanied by Guru's expressions...and I liked how he did not interrupt Mohan... yea the flashbacks were nice...bas Nanhi ke liye there wasn't one na?..that flying kiss should have been put in... and now that song is kinda stuck in my head..lol..

Liked the beginning MM scene too..where they thank each other...Mohan toh was all like a kid ..you could see the happiness when he goes ab koi phaida nahin hai..etc.. he's found new happiness...and he knows he's made the right choices in his life..

Smart save by Mohan for the taxi thing...but Ved ji's dialogues abhi definitely hint that the showdown is going to get ugly...

@precap...for the first time Guru and Rash will come face to face...would like to see what he has to say..😆...but Megha actually attending the engagement is such a bad move..considering all that she just heard from her FIL..
