Me too hoped ki Mohan won't return the ear ring and now I am all😕🤔Also how and why in the world does Megha think ki Rashmi cares for Mohan...what exactly made her think of this all of a sudden😕...especially with Rashmi's non-stop taunts and condescending and insulting words directed at Mohan ...Didn't Megha do all this drama to help Mohan get a closure on Rashmi issue...then why was she suddenly asking Mohan all those Random questions about would he want Rashmi back or not😕...Oh please no Megha trying to get MR together...and if Mohan agrees to get back together with Rashmi just for Megha's sake...that would just turn out to a horror show😳.

Finally the cute si Bhatnagar family scene...MM morning scene with Monu's open mouth😆...followed by MAN😍. ...MA have finally became friends I guess😆.

Ok just one thing does Megha seriously have blinders and ear plugs too along with brain freeze...Mohan was all doey eyed and she still does not sense anything amiss...all I have to say to Megha is Masttt hain Mohan style😆

Oh I forgot to mention one more thing I liked...Mohan's smile when Gautam shows the ring😆

Ok just noticed Mohan and Addu's expressions when Nanhi was teaching how to braid hair...Mohan's open mouth😆...how adorable are MAN😍

I loved Mohan's narration too...from that point when he sort of pauses and realizes the truth in what he just said..."Pata hi nahin chala meri zindagi kab aapse jud gayi"...I loved all the dialogues there...the bits he mentioned about how her one smile lights up his day...'aapko dukh ya taqleef mein dekhta hoon toh main reh nahin paata"...the bit with him saying he tries to stay away from her cuz he knows if he is with her, somehow the truth will come out...it was a fab scene...I actually want to watch it again to experience it better...watched the epi in a rush first time.

Two reactions I really loved...Mohan's reaction when Megha says, 'mujhe khoya nahin, humesha ke liye paa liya"...the smile on his face was SO sweetly happy😆...and then the emotion in his eyes when Megha says, "sabne ise sach maan liya"...poor guy.

Re: the Rashmi issue...things don't bode well...I see this track being hauled out long term...that is why they are suddenly showing Megha randomly suggesting that Mohan misses Rashmi and wants her back in his life...combining that with Rashmi's ominous, "mere bina Mohan ki life perfect nahin ho sakti"...toh looks like this drama will drag on...and just imagine if Prateek finds out...this will end up being his leverage over MM then...he'll pucca use it to get revenge.

Megha does have blinders on...loll...Mohan's love for her is literally pouring out of his eyes these days😆

Okay, I had a random thought while brewing coffee. About the precap - I feel like Renu/Vyas family may have found out about Guru's yoga prank on Renu - because Guru seemed like he was being chased, or fleeing something/someone, when he crashed with the car that was dropping off the Bhatnagar and co. And if that is the case, a simple light hearted prank is going to backfire big time, likely get tied in with how Mohan and his allies are always trying to harm the Vyases, this way or that - in turn obviously become even harder for Megha to explain her stand? Of course Jiji is to be the savior per articles - but more lies, the mire only gets deeper.

Also random speculation based off Rashmi's final introspection. Is she going to by any chance end up paying a visit to Mohan's parents? Just "dropping in" on them cause she's in country and engaged and about to get married? Mohan's mum doesn't like her for sure - but I guess any encounter among those people is potentially a disaster for MM and their act?

I hope next week can retain some semblance of credibility and sensibility amidst all the expected high end climaxes...

oh and ps: You will sooner or later avi the "perfect family" scenes, I'm guessing?! ☺️ Man there was this shot of Mohan and Addu in profiles shooting this she must be a rocket scientist look to Nanhi braiding her hair - which just had me in splits 🤣

I'll do a general essay I guess...since some of you guys are saying the same things about the points to discuss.

Overall I think some bits were sweet, some bits I had hoped would go differently vis a vis Rashmi but they seem to be wanting to throw her in as a long term third angle...I can already envision Megha's continued misunderstandings pushing MR together and Mohan feeling frustrated cuz he loves MEGHA and she is busy telling him to go back to Rashmi...puri khichdi banne waali hai...is sab mein there is loads of scope for complications regarding Mohan's mom and her reactions...then the Vyas family on the other end if MM keep up this stupid drama for god knows what twisted theory of getting a jealous Rashmi to come back to Mohan?!...Lame...ah well. I guess somewhere in all this they will manage to find time for the Amar investigation as well? Let's see...lol

Awsome maha-episode. Lots of sweet and eye-staring scenes. Ab to mohan kuch jyada hi mrs. Vyas ki taraf dekhne laga hai like " tujhe dekhe meri aankhen.. Iss me kya meri khata hai.. Haal kya hai mere dil kya.. Ye to bas mujhko pata hai..". Ab toh mohan ne ijhare ishq b kar diya hai par mrs. Vyas b kamal hain ye sab ek acting ka part samaj rahi hai. Monu k baare main soch hi nahi rahi hai. It's not fair. I think that rashmi character will turn negative but, i really want that her track to end soon bcuz whenever she comes she irritates me. Liked the scene when mohan said to gauti that "it's ur idea, MAST HAI". And of course megha with open hair wala part was my best scene. Wow, she is really looking gorgeous and beautiful with open hair. Precap was too good. So, there is going to b an another dhamaka episode today. Hope that megha and jiji bua will handle the situtation and everything will b all right.

Watched the episode thrice already 😆
Totally loved the romantic Mohan.. Megha kab kuch samjhegi.. she still thinks rashmi will come back to mohan like her kaan ki baali 🤣.
BTW.. why does mohan still brood when asked abt Rashmi.. why can't he answer that she's totally out of his mind n system (he doesn't have to admit that some1 already occupied her place though 😆)...
Mohan's pyaar ka ikraar had one of the best set of dialogues ever.. Megha kyon nahi fisli 😍
Precap scared the hell out of me.. Drama in store

'kay. i've been told that i over-analyse, over-synthesise, over-rationalise everything. 😆 but this time, in this oh-so-real show, i thought it made a lot of sense.

think 'bout it: a girl who is still in love with her dead husband, and who really takes her relationships seriously, is suddenly faced with this lanky, impulsive, good-hearted, tousle-haired, child-like reporter-guy, who can go from breezy and flippant to deep-eyed with longing and sincerity when he is supposed to be "play-acting" being her husband. mrs. vyas (mrs. amar vyas) is sensitive and intelligent to not miss what was shining like a beacon for jiji-bua and even crass-me to see -- that mohan is probably beginning to fall in love with her.

remember that moment when jiji-bua tells her this at home? then, she could shrug it off saying he doesn't believe in love. well, now, with soulful mohan right in front of her and (for all practical purposes) confessing that the only reason he wouldn't tell her he loves her is because he is scared that he will lose her if he does, she has to come up with a shield of her own, no? if not for her, then for him 'cause she is his friend and wants to protect him.

i mean, think about it: she has seen what being with crass-me has done to him. she doesn't want to hurt him like that. so she has to think on her feet of how to be on his side -- to not let him closer to her. because she thinks that she will not be able to love him back the way he could love her.

i thought that - in that scene - mrs. vyas knows that mohan will and should never be with crass-me. and that given who crass-me is, she will never leave rich-man for mohan. so, it is a safe thing for her to say that mohan might get back his old love. 'cause that way, mohan should not think that he is in love with her instead. i think it was her way of giving him an out.

poor mrs. vyas. she doesn't know that crass-me has lost mohan a while ago. just around the time that he got to know her, mrs. vyas, better. and that, by now, he doesn't want an out. 'cause mohan is not one to run away from the truth, just 'cause it can hurt. after all, he has been through it once before and came out like a soldier.

in some sense, i feel for her. she is such a sincere person. she likes to play by rules. she is probably the person for whom that line from the srk movie appeals: love happens just once, as does marriage. and then she had to meet our wear-his-heart-in-his-eyes mohan. poor, poor mrs. vyas. 😆

🤣 oh, i sooo adored that! mohan trying to fight being woken up was sooo ... well, me. the way he tried to dig his face into the pillow to shut out her voice. oh, it was perfect.

the guy is very very very good. as is mrs. vyas.

seriously, these people, this show needs a pedestal somewhere all on their own. they're incomparable. 😊 the one show that i remember that was even half this real ran out of steam faster than this show did, i think. although, given the way crass-me is going, she might help this show go the same way. 😊

@estee: Oh that's an interesting theory...so you think that Megha is very much aware that Mohan is falling for her/has fallen for her and is trying to discourage him by now pushing him back towards Rashmi...so this is Megha's defense mechanism, you're saying? Hmmm...now I wouldn't have seen that coming.

If I go by what they've shown of Megha so far, I'm more inclined to believe the genuinely oblivious theory cuz she put her brains in deep storage during the Prateek leching track as well...I think Megha's naive...

If she really has managed to hatch a plan to this extent ki she wants to keep a distance from Mohan by mentioning Rashmi coming back to him or something...then why would she otherwise be so relaxed and happy about their husband-wife drama?

I do like your theory though...would be interesting to see it play out however I have my doubts about whether the writers would plan something like that.

update on my thought above:

the heartbreak moment in this episode was the look on mohan's face when at the end of his story on how he proposed, mrs. vyas turns to him and says ''but you said it all. and by saying it, you didn't lose me. you got me for the rest of your life.''

oh his face shone! with such disbelieving hope -- that she meant what she said! and in my head, i wanted to scream: no, mohan, don't look like that! she doesn't mean it! 'cause i knew that mrs. vyas was play-acting when he was not (well, kinda 😆).

so when she congratulated him on his acting abilities, the subtle change in his face as he acknowledges what she said. he knew that she was telling him to back off. to not even go there. to not fall in love with her.

and i thought it was brilliant script-writing when in his mind, mohan said: and you are also incredible, mrs. vyas. it was a i-know-that-you-know moment. he knew that she knew he was falling for her. he knew that she had told him it was not to be. and in such a "na-bole-tum-na-maine-kuch-kaha" way that they always do. 😆

i am so beginning to love how the title of the show is apt for the lead characters. i had no idea a show could be this smart. and that too about friendship and romance! 😆
