i use photoscape to make this...first i download the video...than convert it to wmm format using converter ...than i click the frames using wmm...and than use photoscape to edit...😊

this will help you to convert videos to wmm. format and then you can use them on windows movie maker...and if u want the help about...how windows movie maker work...than you have split the scene you want from the video using the split button in the clip menu...and you can bring your scene to storyboards...which is at the bottom of the wmm...and you can add the song by using import music option present in file menu...
