when she first provided the khana she took orders for the next day. she clearly said on phone that she got advance. when she gave mithai to ppl at home she told naani that she got the ' peshgi ' ?(means advance) out of which she bought the supplies, tiffin boxes etc.

Well, I think Khushi is an independent girl. She borrowed 300 rs from ASR once, and the thought (idea) of returning it back has actually given her the idea of opening her own business and earning money for herself.
