i think may be anjali or someone ask khushi to massage arnav s neck b/c of sprain so obviously khushi is his wife she has to massage on his neck...b/c creatives r showing this sprain neck so definately there will be some reason behind it...

Well by looking at all the clues last few episode, i think arnav will get a massage, i think a lot of us were thinking this without the spoiler,i guess we will wait and see 😊
