Dear All😃,...Its the weekend😃!!...
I started wacting the espisode full of mirth and ready with my telewitness lenses😆...it was all smooth sailing until Barun Sobti and Sanaya Irani did what the do best...emote and act👏👏👏...and brought ASR and Khushi to life...and I was reminded of why I loved these characters to begin with...😳
a) Khushi - Is it all about you ASR, you, your thinking your decisions, your control?
Khushi, there are two ways of looking at this,
If you cut through the noise and chase, this has never about him and his needs, his whole damm (in his words😆) life has never been about him.😳 😳...It was always about him stringing on to the only person who didn't betray him or leave him alone...his sister...until you came along and it was then always about him trying to avoid you, but realising that for the first time he cannot avoid his own heart...and then for him, it changed to "everything about you, making you happy, wanting to be living for you"
...until that day on the terrace backtracked him to the same horror of one more person, closest to his soul betraying him...
And in a way Khushi, has this not always been about "you" and "your decisions" also. Your need to be loved by an adopted family. Your need to always please, your need to always be take responsibility, even for action and persons who you are not responsible for or who have their own lives😳😳, your need to decide for others...Has he been the only one in control, the only one who decides😳😳
b) ASR - And what about me, what about how much you have hurt me?
That line for me was the defining line of the episode...stark, in the gut, clear
What about him being hurt...what about him knowing that a girl he is hopelessly in love with, and who knew that he is hopelessly in love with her...did not see it fit to even talk about the one of the worst nightmares of both thier lives...Shyam
What about him being hurt...what about him knowing that the sister he could die for is more bothered about rituals and keeping a family honor ...and is failing to see that he is almost emotionally close to death
Its very easy to punch a guy who is seen using his brute force...a guy who is seen as bully... What about the punches that are noiseless, where you punch and drain every hope, every ounce of spirit of that person, and yet expect that person to have no repercussions😳😳
But ASR, a thousand wrongs inflicted on you, do not condone a wrong you do😳...no matter what the provocation...because that honey is what differentiates us from our other living organisms on this earth😳😳
c) Khushi - the only person who knows everything is silent
The beauty of this serial, when it gets it right is that its principal characters are in a way mirror images of each other...both equally wrong and right ...if there is anyway a definition of wrong or right😳😳...both flawed, both seeking love, hope and peace...and both on the verge of loosing every thing they have.
No Khushi, he is not the only person knowing everything that is silent...you are silent too...its now a simple matter of who breaks down faster...to eand the deafening silence in both of your lives😳
Thoughts
a) Barun and Sanaya it does not matter if you win awards or not...it matters that you evolve as actors😳😳...and darlings let them give the awards away, let the TRPs falll and rise, and let some of us hate you or love you...you are increasingly achieving what you set out to do...that is become consummate actors...BRAVURA performance👏👏👏👏👏
b) Lalit Mohan (sorry I keep referring to you as for me your are at the execution of the product we see😊)...kudos for an episode thats almost a 9 on 10.👏👏... Because some times it does not matter what the rest of the works do...so long as the story manages to convey the crux in just a few scenes between the brilliant leads.
My own personal experience
A close friend, a doctor, fell in love during her internship with a guy from another religion...India's two primary religions😳😳...both were from well to do families, both in one of India's liberal metros...When the girl's parents got a whiff of the relationship...they sought to marry her off...And then began a long stuggle of almost two years...to convince the parents, and also to convince themselves that they wanted each other more than anything😳😳...
But in the end, the girl was married off to someone from her own religion...and she is now expecting a baby😳
Does she hate her parents...No...the initial pain has subsided and now its just at best a disappointment that they didnt understand her
Does she hate her husband...No...there is respect and affection from her side😳
Has she stopped loving him in her heart...😳😳😳😳😳...NO
Has he stopped loving her...well initially he was absolutely broken down...he is still not married... but has let it be😳😳😳...the last time he met her, he said he understands😳😳😳😳😳
Does she love her unborn child...YES😳😳😳😳
Point is in matters of the heart, in matters of our lives ...there is no right...no wrong...😊😊😊...just the way we see the perspective😳
Cheers darlings...and a great weekend🤗

Lucky are those who can find love twice in their lives. Most fail to their soulmates even once in their lives.

I agree matters of love cannot be simply black or white, its a plain wide field full of gray. Real intense love stories do happen in real life but such relationships have a greater tendency to end just as intensely because both sides are crazed and passionate.

Had a similar incidence with my cousin who is happily married to a guy from other primary religion of india. both of them are happy and we are all rooting for their success to rub it in the faces of people who said it will never work.

JW...

Hugs to you for writing such a wonderful and soulful post...

At the end of the day, IPK is just a serial. But the real life story that you mentioned...tugged at my heartstrings...and I loved what you said at the end...there is no right or wrong...its just our perception of it 👏

BTW...Me too luvs Barun and Sanaya...and am sticking with this serial through thick and thin, only because of them...

Hey thanks😃
Agree with what you have said...sometimes we really dont know the meaning of love, till it has long gone by past us😳
From my own experience I can say that perhaps even amongst the people who say it will not work many not be totally wrong...after all each of us acts per our own experiences with life...
sometimes parents fear society pressures, some times its their own conditioning...But just because they chose to deny a relationship, does not take away the fact that in a lot of other matters they have been devoted and loving parents and perhaps in their own ways they fear and care for us😳
Edited:
Sorry I missed this earlier...am so happy for your cousin😃😳😳 God Bless
Cheers😃

👏Love your funny post to the bits. Loved every bit of the one you wrote today. You didn't analyse the episode but the characters through each scene. Loved loved loved it. Brilliant.
I guess I will stick to the show till the end because of BS and SI just like Shweta (Sbk2) said. Love them.
For the real life story, my heart goes out to them even though they are happy in their own lives more so because he understands.

Hey Shweta🤗
Thanks and appreciate what you wrote
I always feel Shweta that none of us are completely bad or completely good, and one needs to have this balance😊
I too love the leads, and just love it from the minute they reached the RM mansion...Both were a perfect match for each other and the scenes were brought out so wellClapClap
cheers!

Lovely post..I loved your telewitness posts too btw 😊
Yesterday's episode was fantastic for the first real conversation between the leads since the marriage. Needless to say it's the actors who breathe life into every scene in which they feature to the point that the only scenes with recall value are those with barun and sanaya in them. One could almost feel the pain when Barun spoke about how he had been betrayed..and it helps ofcourse that he is SO HOT so that every smirk, sigh, contortion, twitch gets indelibly ingrained in the mind 😳
And thank you for sharing such a poignant real life story...as with so many things in life it is all about perspective.
Look forward to more posts from you

Hi JWMRK, been looking forward to your thoughts on this episode cause i too really enjoyed today's episode...The acting from these two actors, is really reeling me in, they were so amazing today, no matter whether i agree with what they are saying or doing😉, the fact that they can pull me in and keep my glued to the screen speaks volumes for me...haven't enjoyed a serial like this in a very long long time... so i second all you said above jw...👏
a) Khushi - Is it all about you ASR, you, your thinking your decisions, your control?

Khushi khushi 😆 where to start with this girl, but i have to say that she somewhat redeemed herself today by piecing the puzzle together in the end of the episode...and given all the crap she has put up with the past 2 weeks, i'm willing to give her some slack and say that okay from where she is standing it does seem all about arnav and what he needs, he needs to protect his sister, his unborn niece or nephew...his family honour...and so on and on we go...😆
b) ASR - And what about me, what about how much you have hurt me?
I was so stunned by Arnav admitting his pain that i almost chocked up my 5$ starbucks coffee and i don't ever give up a drop of my caffeine for anyone...😆
That line for me was the defining line of the episode...stark, in the gut, clear
What about him being hurt...what about him knowing that a girl he is hopelessly in love with, and who knew that he is hopelessly in love with her...did not see it fit to even talk about the one of the worst nightmares of both thier lives...Shyam

these are great points, but i always thought that for someone to be a successful leader in any gamut of their lives, you have to be able to clear the clutter and see thru the heart of the matter. (to never lose your cool, even in the face of true adversity.)..I feel that arnav has lost this part of his character, (i think we have discussed this before, and we agreed that hopefully he will be able to realize that shyam is playing him big time...)
But ASR, a thousand wrongs inflicted on you, do not condone a wrong you do😳...no matter what the provocation...because that honey is what differentiates us from our other living organisms on this earth😳😳

will never deny that ASR has suffered and is still suffering from an emotionally draining sister who is clueless😲 to her brother's pain, he's carried the burden of his family on his young shoulders for far to long, but hey thats the way the cookie crumbles, lets someone who wants the burden to take the burden for all...and that is what arnav has and will continue to do so unfortunately, what at what cost and will he ever be able to shed all this emotional weight from his extended family that he has incurred upon himself over the years...
c) Khushi - the only person who knows everything is silent
The beauty of this serial, when it gets it right is that its principal characters are in a way mirror images of each other...both equally wrong and right ...if there is anyway a definition of wrong or right😳😳...both flawed, both seeking love, hope and peace...and both on the verge of loosing every thing they have.

gosh we totally think alike on this point i think life is always in the grey, when it comes to life and our definition of what can make us happy, there is no true definition for each his own shall define..., what we are willing to put up with, what we are willing to give up of ourselves or others, what will be that defining moment in one's personal life where they say enough, you can't push me any further...that is what i want to see the writers eventually out in these two characters...😃
No Khushi, he is not the only person knowing everything that is silent...you are silent too...its now a simple matter of who breaks down faster...to eand the deafening silence in both of your lives😳

I can't wait to see what catalyst eventually brings these two characters to break down all their defences that they have built up...that will be one scintillating moment in the serial..(or so i hope😆)
Thoughts
a) Barun and Sanaya it does not matter if you win awards or not...it matters that you evolve as actors😳😳...and darlings let them give the awards away, let the TRPs falll and rise, and let some of us hate you or love you...you are increasingly achieving what you set out to do...that is become consummate actors...BRAVURA performance👏

totally agree for me these two have made arnav and khushi come to life...made me care about two fictional characters...👏
b) Lalit Mohan (sorry I keep referring to you as for me your are at the execution of the product we see😊)...kudos for an episode thats almost a 9 on 10.👏👏... Because some times it does not matter what the rest of the works do...so long as the story manages to convey the crux in just a few scenes between the brilliant leads.

yup in the time allotted to him, Lalit did an incredible job, the small nuances, the unspoken words, the body language spoke volumes and the things left unsaid made huge impacts on what is truly evolving between khushi and arnav..loved today's episode. lalit you get a⭐️ from moi!!!
Has she stopped loving him in her heart...😳...NO
Has he stopped loving her...well initially he was absolutely broken down...he is still not married... but has let it be😳😳😳...the last time he met her, he said he understands😳
Does she love her unborn child...YES😳
Point is in matters of the heart, in matters of our lives ...there is no right...no wrong...😊😊😊...just the way we see the perspective😳

I don't know these two individuals but i can say that their story touched me so deeply I have tremendous about of respect for the way they handled their story.., there is no greater battle then that of true love and love for your parent's approval...I wish all the best for this girl and her unborn child... and may the guy eventually find the peace to move forward...Thank you JW for once again, bring life into true prospective, and to realize no matter what our battles, there is no right or wrong, as long as we can live with our choices that we make then thats all that really matters...

truly a humbled reader...have a fantastic weekend...
landr4...
Cheers darlings...and a great weekend🤗
