Why did Kunal hold Siddhi's hand?

I have never seen Kunal holding Siddhi's hand like that before neither at home not at a public place like he did in today's episode. So why did he do so in his office today knowing everyone was able to see them from out side😛?

Woh actually Kunal ki paas ki nazar kamzoor hai.. woh Siddhi ka pen pakadna chahta tha.. but poor vision ke karan.. uska haat pakad liye...😆😆😆😆

I thought when he held her hand, the guys sitting outside will say to Kunal "arrey what r u doing to a woman...why are u holding her hand..." like u must have seen in the movies and he would have said..."Yeh meri patni hai, aapko problem hai koi, main isska haath pakdoo, jaan kucch bhi karoon"
