"Rey! Rey, wake up." Swayam called out to him, shaking his shoulder a little.

Rey stirred sitting on the car seat and opened his eyes. The effect had gone down a little due to the amount of sleep her got from the club till the way home. He stepped out of the car. "This is Kriya's house." He said a bit disappointed as he was hoping to see his house and not Kriya's.

Swayam nodded. Yea, we're spending the night here." Rey 'Oh-ed' and both walked in the house. Once in, Rey told Swayam, "You go to sleep. I'll come later. I need water."

"You sure you'll be fine?" Swayam asked. He nodded and Swayam left.

Sharon entered Kriya's room. "Hey, have you seen my night dress? I can't find it."

Kriya joked. "You don't need any! You already wear'" Sharon gave her a deathly glare and Kriya changed her sentence to, "Yea' it's probably in the bathroom or in the washer."

"That's all you had to say." Sharon said behind her as she went in the bathroom. She came out seconds later changed and asked, "Do you think I should say sorry to Swayam?"

Kriya looked up from folding her clothes and asked, "Sorry? Why? You both fought on Valentine's Day!" Unbelievable!

Sharon explained, "No! We didn't fight. I just made a snide comment, unknowingly," Kriya side commented, "As always" and Sharon continued ignoring that, "And he got mad' Or' I think he did'."

Kriya got up and said, "Then what are you doing here? Go and say sorry!" she pushed her out of the room.

Kriya turned on her laptop to talk to Sonia. Sonia asked, "Hey, how are you?! Happy V-Day!"

"Good. Haha, it's over here. But thank and same to you."

"See, the reason I hate time difference!"

Kriya laughed. "So where's Rahul taking you today?"

"Don't know. He won't tell. Anyway, see you later. Then too are creating havoc again!" She replied referring to Karan and Rahul. Kriya giggled and signed off.

She laid down but couldn't find her blanker. She figured Sharon must have taken it and got up to go to her room. Opening the door, she was surprised to find Rey there and not Sharon.

He turned hearing the noise of door opening and she asked, "Uh'what are you doing here?"

"Sharon is in the guest room with Swayam' so'"

"Hmmm." Kriya replied understanding what could have happened. She continued, "Well, I only came to get my blanket."

She walked in and picked up the blanket from the bed. She didn't realize when he walked up to her. When she turned around, she found him dangerously close to her. As a reflex, she stumbled a couple of steps back.

"Whoa! Uh'Rey?"

But his ears where shut off. He wasn't listening to her. Not at all. He took a step forward and she retraced her step backwards till she reached a dead end. She again tried, "Rey?" it was a low mumble.

Again, he wasn't listening. She tried to go around him but he trapped her between his shoulders, forbidden her from walking away.

She breathed heavily and pushed him aside a little with all her might. But he was no less a stubborn. He pulled her back with force as she struggled to free herself. "Why do you always do this dammit?! Why? I said I'm sorry! I ' I still love you. Why can't you understand that?!!!"His voice turned from furious to pleading by the end.

Kriya stopped trying to free herself as she heard the last bit of words. After a minute of staring straight into his eyes, she spat, "That's not enough!" she continued looking into his eyes and with a soft voice, she continued, "It never was'"

"Is it not?" he said coming dangerously close to her. She couldn't have inch back as she was again trapped between the wall and his hold.

With the closeness, she could smell his scent. The scent that smelled of alcohol. Her eyes widened as she spoke. "You're drunk!"

Rey held her arm, preventing her from pushing him aside and asked roughly, "Why? Why do I not get a second change?"

Kriya stood strong and replied looking straight into his eyes. "You don't deserve it. If you can't trust me, you don't deserve it. Now let me go before you regret it in morning."

Hearing that, he loosened the grip on her hand. She took the opportunity and moved around him. But he came back to his senses fast and pulled her towards him. She stood, her back facing him, arm behind her held by his. She struggled to go free and whined in pain. "Rey, please. Let me go'"

He said, "Enough of it. I'm not holding myself back today. Try stopping me."

She gritted from between her teeth, "Whatever you do will lease affect me. So just don't bother."

He listened to not one word coming out of her mouth. With his free hand, he moved her hair aside, revealing her bare neck. He whispered hoarsely in her ear, "Then tell me it doesn't affect you." She stayed quiet and held her breath till as long as she could.

He abruptly turned her around and her hand went around his neck, the other landed on his chest. She could feel his heart beating which intoxicated her even though she wasn't the one drunk! Her body sent shivers down her spine at the close interaction.

He repeated mockingly no, "I have no effect on you huh?"

He ran his hand through her cheek and she responded by shivering more to it and moving her shoulder up towards the touch, bending her face towards his face, sideways. "If you don't love me, it shouldn't bother you anymore. Right?" he continued on.

She couldn't say no to any of those questions directed at her. His actions captivated her heart, mind, soul, body and she stood there. Numb. Not able to feel any realistic things. There she was. Rooted to the floor. Her heart beating as fast as possible. The air around wasn't the same anymore. It was singing and dancing around her, making the moment ever more mysterious and magnificent.

Even in his drunk state, he knew the effect it was having on her. He moved stealthily behind her and stood there for a second, capturing the moment. Circling her waist with his hand, he pressed her back towards him.

She gasped silently. Involuntarily, her hands landed on top of his and she dug her nails in them, tightening his hold on her stomach. Her action forced him on and he forwarded her kiss her nape.

Her mind cried out to her. This shouldn't be happening. She shouldn't be urging him on. This had to stop right then and there. But her heart fought offal the philosophical talks and reactivated her to her unconscious start, shutting off her mind and making her get lost in what was in front of her.

She lost herself in the moment. The feeling she was experiencing weren't the first time. But this was still different. She didn't care anymore about the result of it and let it happen. She made herself believe that she won't regret this. Not now. Not ever.

He slowly moved her to face him and held her right cheek, slowly, bringing her face close to his.

She didn't refuse and that cleared the doubts on unconscious Rey. She no more cared id she would regret this later on. She didn't want to think about that at the moment.

She moved back, still in his arms, and he retraced her steps. Till she reached the side of the bed'

It was as if the post never happened. Still, it held an important page of history. That will never leave them as long as they lived.
