Recap: Khushi freaks out since she thinks Viren is sick. Arnav walks away from the family scene the moment he realizes that his work is done. Khushi is upset that Arnav avoids family moments and wonders why he hasn't given her a divorce.

Does he think that we will not be able to live without him? Well then he is mistaken. We would be just fine without him, she thought.

After seeing that her children were all done with their fights and had finally gotten up to freshen up, she quietly walked to their bedroom. The moment she walked in, her eyes involuntarily searched for him, her hands fidgeting when she could not find him. She sighed in relief when she heard the bathroom shower running, not even realizing that she had been holding her breath in. Her mouth turned into a straight line as she thought about his behavior last night and just a few minutes ago. She kept tossing her thoughts over and over in her mind, as she unconsciously made her way to the closet.

Opening the closet, she started to get his clothes out for him due to a force of habit, while her mind still thought about his ignorance. Who does he think he is? Acting like he doesn't need us' Fine then! I don't care! If he can live without us, without me, without my help, then let him! Let's see how long he lasts, Khushi thought in rage, throwing the clothes back into the closet from where she had just picked them up. Hearing the shower turn off, she diabolically smirked at the bathroom door and walked out the room before he came out.

Arnav walked into the bedroom, drying his hair with one towel while the other one wrapped around his waist. He made his way to the bed, knowing that she would have probably placed them their already. He was surprised to see that there was nothing on the bed. Forget the clothes; even the bed is not made! Is she still watching over Viren to see if he shows any symptoms? Frowning he walked to the closet and saw his clothes out of order and messed up. What the?! Even the closet is not clean! What kind of a room is this?! Grabbing the clothes that lay on top he closed the closet in frustration and quickly went to change thinking what was wrong with his wife.

Khushi heard the closet slam shut and smiled in satisfaction. I knew it! See Mr. Raizada! You would be no where without me. Blowing on the hot jalebi, she took it out of the pan and put it on the plate to take outside. Her Adi loved jalebies just as much as she loved them, another reason I love my little boy. When she walked out, she saw that Viren, Rhea and Aditiya were already there ready to eat. It was a family rule to come to breakfast on time, and Khushi made sure everyone came, even her husband. But not today... I won't make him come today. He can come or leave I don't care at all' Khushi convinced herself. To keep her mind occupied, she started to serve her kids who were once again having a fight, and could not tell that their mother was not paying attention to what they were saying, besides Viren.

"Mommy! I don't want salad! I don't like salad!" Rhea complained, looking up at her mother to see that she was not even looking at the food she was serving, "Mommy? Mommy!" Rhea shouted as she tugged her Mom's saree.

"What? Yes dear?" Khushi asked startled, as she forced herself to look away from the stairs.

"Mom she is saying that she doesn't like salad, but you already know that," Viren helped when he saw his Mom's baffled expression.

"What? Yes! Rhea you have to eat vegetables! They are good for you!" Khushi explained gently to her daughter, smiling when she saw the stubborn look fill her eyes.

"No! I don't want vegetables! Daddy never forces me to have vegetables!" Rhea complained.

"Well that is his fault. He should tell you to eat vegetables! He eats them haven't you seen?" Khushi asked, her anger at her husband reviving once again.

"' Yes' but'" Rhea started only to be stopped by her brother.

"Rhea just eat them!" Aditiya complained. He didn't like too much noise over the dinner table, thinking that it was pointless to be talking when you should be eating.

"What? Mommy do you see?! He made progress today in the morning and now we are back to square one!" Rhea whined.

Khushi listened to her words with only half of her mind registering. She had not been looking up, but still she could feel him coming down the stairs and the Rhea's words rung in her ear. That's just like us' I think we made some progress until we go right back to square one' How long will this go? How long will I have to deal with his hot and cold attitude? How long will it take for him to'

"Khushi I have a very important meeting I am going. I will be back by 8," Arnav said as he walked by the dining table. Only later in his car did he realize that she had not stopped him to have breakfast. Maybe she is sick'? Or is she mad? Either way, I will tend to it when I get back.

Khushi glanced at the time restlessly. It was 1:00 pm. Time for Arnav's medicine' Usually Khushi would call around this time to make sure he had taken his pill and had eaten lunch but today she had not even given him any lunch due to her anger. Well it's not my fault! He was the one who rushed out of the house! He could have asked for lunch'! Khushi complained to herself as she paced back and forth with her phone twiddling in her hands.

Maybe I should call him'If he doesn't take him medicine then he will probably get sick which will only hurt me more than him since he probably wouldn't even notice the difference' She brought up the phone so she could see it better and hit #1 to speed dial her husband but her thumb hovered over the "Call" button as she thought about what she was going to do. No! I can't call him! He needs to know what it is like' A life without me! Yes I won't call him. If he doesn't take his pills then that's his problem. He didn't have me yelling at him before our marriage to take his medicine, so why does he need me now?! Khushi thought to herself comfortingly but she already knew the answers to her own questions.

Arnav stared at his computer trying to find a flaw in the business deal that he was going to propose. When he found none, he leaned back and relaxed a bit, closing his eyes. When he opened them again, he saw the time. It was 8:30 pm. Oh great. I have to go now! I told Khushi I would be home by 8. He quickly stood up and started to pack his things when he felt the room shake. Holding on to the desk, he steadied himself and stood there for a few minutes. After convincing himself that he was unstable due to the lack of physical activity, he grabbed his bag and rushed to the car. Getting in, he quickly drove out of the parking lot, his grip on the steering wheel slipping as he got closer and closer to home.

Khushi glanced up at the clock once again and looked at the door. Where is he? He said he would be back by 8' Its almost 9 now! She was pulled out of her thoughts when she heard Rhea scream.

"Daddy!!!" Rhea screamed in joy and jumped on her daddy.

"Hey bunny! How are you!?" Arnav asked as he put his bag down on the couch and sat down when he felt the room spinning.

"I am good Daddy! Did you know what Adi did today?"

"No! What did he do!?" Arnav asked curiously, looking around to see where she was.

Khushi smiled when she heard Rhea tell him all of the things that had happened during the day. Her few minutes or relief slipped into anger when she saw that he was perfectly fine and late. I don't get it. It's okay to be late to home or a family occasion but never to his business meetings? She groaned in frustrations and made her to the kitchen to make him some coffee before he saw her. She muttered and ranted while she made the coffee but she stopped in her tracks when she heard the last sentence Rhea had said.

"Daddy' Daddy you are very warm Daddy!" Rhea said as she felt her father's head with her chubby little hands.

"No bunny. I am fine! I bet you are really cold which is why you are thinking I am warm," Arnav explained quickly, before Rhea started to make a big deal out of nothing.

Khushi heard his response which only made her more jumpy. How could he be sick? Nooo he is probably fine. I bet Rhea is just jumping to conclusions. What would she know about being warm? Right Devi Maiyya? Right! After calming down a bit, she walked outside with his coffee, unconsciously trying to find a reason to see him for herself, and felt relief surge through her when she saw him sitting there normally, now surrounded by all of the kids.

Precap: "How could you be so irresponsible?" Khushi asked in rage.

"What the?! What are you even talking about?" Arnav asked, realizing that this was the first time she had actually talked to him during the whole day.

"You know exactly what I mean!"

"Well if you told me what you are talking about then maybe I could defend myself!" Arnav responded, feeling his temper rising.
