Anne, but he didn't take any action against his jijaji. By marrying KKG, he has effectively put a stop to the "supposed" affair between her and his brother in law. What stops Shyam from lusting after some other girl in these 6 months?? What will Arnav do then?

Arnav is the epitome of selfless brotherly love. He will extend that to khushi during the six months he is with her because, after all, he wants to save khushi for shyam and will not even THINK of touching her during those 6 months.

This is super brainy solution to solving every problem. Sister problem solved Khushi/Shyam problem solved and to top it all he can be Free as a bird to marry anyone after the 6 months. Gosh!! I could I miss this gigantic symbolism of his actions. He is a Demi-God, I worship his intelligence and his genius. Venerable, indeed.

Arnav is totally justified in his actions. This is exactly what a man would do when put in extenuating situations like these. A contract marriage solves all their problems. He is a sweetheart and such an idol, see how he glowers at Garima when she slaps her? Never mind he just screwed the poor girls entire life but oh! her mother cannot slap the girl.

Khushi is stupid. simple. make her suffer. Arnav is genius.

phew...how sarcastic!!! The thread starter didn't imply that Khushi is stupid and Arnav is a genius???? She just had an opinion about the reason for the contract, anyone can look at the situation from different angles, why be so sarcastic (if i'm not mistaken by the tone of your post)?

OMG, he's being selfless, not cruel. Because he believes that Khushi wants to be with Shayam. If he didn't want them to ever be together, was being vengeful and vicious, he would stay married to Khushi indefinitely, just to teach them both a lesson. This way he protects his sister, her baby and releases Khushi back to Shayam where he thinks she wants to be. - That's just heartbreaking. How can anyone think his intentions are NOT right?
