I had cribbed that y'day episode of Bro-sis lacked emotional intensity but today's scenes more than made up for it ...Anjali is reliving her harrowing experience whilst for Arnav a whole nightmarish world has re-opened again ..he is once again terrified of losing , losing a beloved member.. we also see quite clearly that Anjali has taken his mother's place in his heart and for Anjali, like a true mother..her last thoughts when she thinks that she will be meeting the maker is that of Chotey then her family and lastly comes her husband ...The poignant words of hers .." Do not put off the matters of heart, live life and when things go awry, listen to ur heart ..." beautiful and much needed and when the time comes lets hope that ASR listens to the heart just like he is listening now ... he follows the music played by his heart as he seeks out Khushi, He sees Khushi going up the stairs ..the distance ever growing between them ...
Shyam, How reasonable he is , how lucid are his thinking , how convincing are his arguments ...he does not love his Rani Saheba, She is a unwanted baggage His heart holds love , holds the candle only for Khushi ...Therefore Khushi must bow before his love and yield to him ..Ohh !! is that it ..Ofc not , He not only chose her as his consort as his queen..he was the one who provided the job, his love was so deep that he even took a PG accommodation just to be close to her , His love is so true that he thinks only about her even in the midst of other woman, even if that woman happens to be his wife ..He is so loyal to Khushi's thoughts that his wife's loyalty never matters to him ...
Khushi, A young girl , a impulsive girl, a romantic girl who has fallen in love, who is experiencing the heady rush of being wooed ..Who romantically thinks that the message on the mirror was from Arnav...She climbs up the stairs not realizing that pretty soon she is going to crash from the heavens above to the dungeons deep down in hell.. starry eyed , rosy visioned she stands under the stars awaiting Arnav when she gets her first jolt ...The message was not from Arnav but from her rejected suitor .. A suitor who has cast off his mask... A dismayed Khushi tries to walk away from the spot when she is forcibly stopped , A mix of anger, righteous fury and fear in her voice as she ticks him off for his slime ball acts...Khushi has still not become aware of the depth, depth of Shyam's obsession.. She is still under the impression that He was quite misguided in his thoughts ...Khushi tries to walk away again when Shyam pulls her back, his fingers like claws, holding her in vice like grip..A slow feeling of fear courses through her body as she begins to sense the unhinged animal within him ...she does not want to provoke him for he has threatened her with violence and she realizes that he means it even then she tries to point out his married status ,points out how much Anjali loves him, what marriage shud mean to him ... An exasperated Shyam , on the last legs of gentlemanly behavior reveals how he has stalked her , how he followed her from Lucknow to Delhi ...Khushi is traumatized, A girl who always thought well of others , who never could see the darkness residing in other people's heart is suddenly confronted by a demon from nether worlds... she stands petrified , her limbs refusing to move in shock ..her numb brain refusing to function much less issue directions to her body to disengage herself from Shyam's unexpected , passionate hug ... for a Moment she is a stone, a stone filled with terror , A young innocent girl who is frightened to see a docile, gentle animal turning rabid n feral .. A terrified girl who simpy does not know how to react nor handle this wild animal ...
There we have Arnav Singh Raizada who has finally opened his heart , who has stopped to listen to his heart..walking surefooted towards his dream, towards his future , a smile on his lips, a swagger in his tread , He opens the door expecting to see the princess in the castle when like a chimera his castle collapses , he watches in bewilderment , then realization dawns slowly , comprehension in his eyes to be replaced by gathering coldness , his lips tightening in icy rage as Shyam hugs Khushi and declares his love for her ..he sees Khushi in Shyam's arms unresisting not realizing that Khushi is caught in those vices unwillingly, unresisting bec she is numbed in fright !! Arnav listens Aghast and in growing shock as a confounded Khushi who is holding on bravely to her shattering emotions yell at Shyam, crushingly demand that if Shyam feels so suffocated the it is better that Shyam leave Anjali .. Arnav listens shattered as his love, his heart is commanding Shyam to junk His world, destroy his world ... Arnav turns cheated, his heart ground to dust , burnt to ashes ..away from the tableaux which within a blink of an eyes destroyed his hope,his trust, his faith ...

Loved the shot of arnav standing against a illuminated background while Shyam is against darkened background , so is Khushi ...All Khushi has to do is turn towards Light ...Barun was awesome in this segment !!
