Yes, he'll be angry but I would really want to see the reason(s) he gives for staying away from her and saying "Kaash main tumse mohabbat kar pata" and the reason she'll have to say "Kaash hum aapse nafrat kar paate."

However, if he misunderstands her and feels completely betrayed, then I can see the 4th promo manifesting itself.
