Today's Episode required one for a willing suspension of disbelief and I did willingly suspend it ..what the heck , I even sent it on world tour !!😊
The first two mins is completely dedicated to Barun's eyebrows !! ..The lifts, swings, Pulls that his Brows/brow did even a seasoned actor would not be able to convey the nuances perfectly despite using all their appendages..
Khushi has run out of waiters and the Man Friday Arnav pitches in to help her ..leading Khushi to believe that Arnav is seriously ill !!..Khushi constantly peeks at him to confirm whether it is ASR himself who is doing the serving duty ...The scenes that stick to me is when Khushi lifts the poori plate on one hand and the Aloo bowl in the other and then becomes bothered by her short hair falling forward..Arnav calmly pushes it back [ reminded of Sanaya's comment about unromantic Barun ] ..Both became aware of what he has done , get discomfited and pretend to have erased that brief romantic interlude although Arnav can't stop himself from looking back at her !! One of the relatives thinks him a waiter and bids him to fetch water for her, Khushi is jolted out her mild daze and she fully expects him to explode but contrary to her expectation, Arnav just sends her on a tailspin by sedately providing the water..the morning Breakfast is done..Khushi and Arnav clean the table ... Arnav seems to be loving this new dazed speechless Khushi cos as he leaves he just cannot resist from having a dig, A dig containing a two pronged message mildly reminding her that she has not thanked him yet and also that He expects to see her in the evening ..!!
The segment highlighted the changes within ASR, How far he has traversed in love ..Khushi did not ask him She did not expect him yet when she needed help , there he was silently providing it , doing the menial work which he would not have done many moons ago ..being polite and serene even when he was mistaken for a waiter !! ..But what required me to suspend my disbelief was Arnav cleaning up the table picking up the used plates !!..Granted Arnav has traveled but he has not traveled so far as to pick up used plates...That is not the character of Arnav..In all circumstance,however dire it may be, Arnav would never lift another's soiled plate ..This to me was jarring ..
Khushi is charged with delivering her relatives safe and sound in Raizada house .. A shy Khushi hesitates not because she does not want to go but bec she wants to see her LG soon but is overcome by embarrassment at her own eagerness ..Khushi gets them to RM, Introduces them to all while her eyes begin to search for that one man ... Nani notices her searching glance, pretending ignorance asks Khushi whether she is looking for someone, A startled Khushi shoots up , jerks out a negation, states that she has to leave when just then , Her 5 star waiter comes...Poof !! Gone are her resolution to go as she casts about a way of staying put to drink that lovely face, Nani , thankfully comes to Khushi's aid ..Nani tells Khushi to choose a sari from the 3 sari's selected for Khushi..An eager Khushi sits down, wholly uncaring about the sari, only intent on watching Arnav... Khushi picks up the sari, glances at him for approval ..while Arnav who was standing atop the stairs descends down, gives a fleeting glance at the saris on hand, then calls up the 24x7 workaholic Aman ...Khushi's bright face wilts as she thinks that Arnav is ignoring her , NK who has been sitting silently chooses a sari of his own and tells Khushi that this will suit her more , without even turning back, roasting on the waves of Jealousy, Arnav tells Aman [ indrectly to Khushi ] that the sari chosen by NK is horrible , Khushi who was under the illusion that Arnav was being standoffish is pleasurably electrified by the seeming attention he has given her , As an astonished Khushi is gaping at his expressive back, Arnav condescends to show his delectable face too, he turns , looks pointedly at the red colored sari, and informs Aman , who never wears Sari that this is a better choice than Nk's..Khushi slowly withdraws her hand from NK's offering, looks lovingly at the red one ..but NK will not have it, He affectionately and good naturedly thrust his choice on Khushi , Khushi not wanting to hurt him, accepts instantly fanning Arnav's annoyance even further ... A annoyed Arnav spits out to Aman , tells him that if he liked both then he shud go with the first choice ..Khushi catches the drift and her eyes lingers longingly on the pink/red one..Arnav's choice.. while Arnav looks on pleased... NK demands to know her choice , A tentative Khushi picks out NK's choice advances it towards Nani, eyes Arnav attentively, sees his unhappiness and quickly pulls up the Pink , confidently asserts that Pink sari is her choice , steals a glance at Arnav and is rewarded with a pleased, triumphant and blissful smile ..Khushi has got her gift.. Arnav's smile !! ...Nani proves to this supposed clever youngsters that when it comes to love she might be their Guruma, as she calls out Arnav's bluff on his call to Aman ..!!Khushi picks the sari and leaves ...
A lovely shot this ...3 sarees constituting the 3 Men after Khushi ...one she does not look at all and had never been in contention, the other thrusts himself on her and while the third as always been her choice ...what interested me was the fact that despite not having selected the yellow sari, it is thrust upon her by NK and she reluctantly accepts it for a brief while... Will we be getting the Kuch Kuch Hotha hai act again... Would circumstance force Khushi to go with NK ,overriding her heart , the yellow sari covering the pink one ..when Khushi finally shakes off her lethargy and chooses the Pink one, laying the Yellow saree down ..would it be bec Arnav has finally managed to convince her about his intentions and yet has left the option to her ...and will NK take it sportively [ I think he will ] ..Khushi walking towards Arnav after picking up the sari, indicating that she has accepted him , the message acknowledged by the crook of Arnav's lips..
Arnav stands by the pool looking at the shimmering board of PAYASH Wedding ..Akash comes there wanting his sherwani , Arnav hands it to Akash and Akash begins to talk about love , the signs of love , the feeling of being in love ... Arnav is listening to this impromptu outburst keenly, co relating the signs to the recent symptoms displayed by him ... when a flighty Akash queries the reason for Arnav's sudden interest in Love Lessons, Arnav brushes him off gently, Aksh departs leaving behind a thoughtful ASR ...

The wobbling reflection, does it imply that PAYASH wedding is shaky and that it will rest with the decision of Arnav ** Dear God, Not another installment of PAYASH's Jee H,I,J,K romance **..I hope the much dragged wedding happens and we are not left at the altar high , dry and quaking ..what grated was the spouting of love Gyan by Akash, esp after the way he behaved when his Maathe dearest was shredding his love dearest ...Oye Lucknow ke nawabzaade, agar ithna akal hai tujhme tho uss din jab Payal bilak bilak ke ro rahithi tho Anjali ke pallu ke peeche khade hokkar tamasha kyun dekhtha raha, usski aason paonchana tho chod , ek tissue tak nahi diya 😡...
Again I loved the clever usage of BG during the love talk between brothers ...Arnav's BG when Akash is speaking about the signs, hints and effects of love n when the flashbacks are going on ... ASR's BG when Arnav Singh Raizada begins to think and analyze what Akash has said and his own reactions wrt to Khushi!!
