What's wrong with Maanvi??

Has anyone ever wondered what is Maanvi's sickness? She has had this fever and fainting symptoms since she was a child. She does not even want to get blood drawn to find out the cause of her dizziness, fever, and fainting. I have been wondering about it. Of course it is not going to be covered anytime soon, but I hope after Virat and Maanvi fall in love, Virat would force it upon Maanvi to get checked. I have feeling Virat is going to be able to get Maanvi to do something that no one else in her family even her pyaari Jeevika di was unable to do. It is sad to see something bad happen to a lovable character, but it does bring loved ones closer and ALOT of drama to the show.
