I think the girlish Prerna loves Anurag. Prerna the wife and mother of their children loves Rishav. Who does she ultimately love truly and deeply? We're not sure entirely, yet.

The word is Loved...not loves....and Prerna is mother of nth number children....she ain't girlish any more....And when she cries or breaks down before Rishabh,she looks childish,but then she loves Rishabh....When she used to run after Rishabh 20 yrs ago,she looks childish,then she loves Rishabh...during sharad-Mukti track,she used to give DESPARATE looks to Rishabh..she looks childish then....Few days ago in an episode,she pulled Rishabh with great force...Then she was childish....

And all the time she was in love with Rishabh😆
