they showed other couples initially, thn they showed Rati di & Sumit at 0.17

its a segmnt whr they were asking celbs present at Zee Rishte awards to suggest name for Abhishek- Ashwariya's daughter.

Rati di told

"Mere khayal se yeh Abhishek aur Ashwariya pe hi chod dena chahiye, agar main suggest karungi tho woh mujhe tappad marne wale hai " *with action of tappad marna*

i found this short clip of Rati and Sumit, and Rati Said " Zee rishtey awards hain or hm log onscreen zada dehan dy rahen hain, categories he rishton pe hai" and it was incomplete Video.
