So ASR is setting himself up as bait to force Khushi's hand?

He knows she's not happy, is angry because she said she is, so has he reacted in anger, or decided to take a drastic step?

Difficult to say... He face was inscrutable today, reminded me a LOT of the Teej epi when he told her to learn to walk first before she shot her mouth off.

poor Khushi.. poor ASR.. that is the first thing that comes to my mind after watching the epi..

ASR is on a "break Khushi" mission and poor Khushi is trapped..

there is no way she can get out of this without confessing that she is troubled by the engagement..

i hope she holds herself during this phase.. i know she is made of stronger stuff..

but will ASR go all the way with the engagement just to get back at KKG? or will he stop when the bangles have to be given and do a U turn?

^^ i wish he does a U turn, get bashings from the family but receive loads of hugs n kisses from us all :P

He is trying to prove to Khushi that he is happy and does not care about her at all. But I'm hoping that this will bring some sense into him and realises that his feelings towards Khushi is much more than mere an attraction.

I think he is well aware that something is up; That Khushi is NOT happy. His decisions today and in the Pre-Cap I think reflect an attempt to test and see whether she can handle this--arranging an engagement for the man she loves. Her hesitation and pain will be his first indication that not only is she unhappy with her own engagement, but ALSO ASR's.

Both of them are digging themselves into the same hole.. 😆 Arnav's words today about why Khushi is marrying someone she will never be able to spend her life with was equally as reflective of her as it was for him! LOL These two are the most complicated couple I have ever encountered ... They are both on the same page and fail to realize each other's presence!

DId you notice the super defiant look he gave Khushi as he was leaving the room after demanding his engagement be preponed?

He is daring Khushi to try and ignore her feelings for him. Because he knows she cant do it. He told his sister too that she shouldnt marry someone she doesnt love. He wants her to realize this thats why he puts her in difficult positions. Same reason for getting her to plan his and La's engagement. He is hoping she wont be able to do it and then he can swoop in and claim his love:)

At least I hope thats his intention.

Agreed! I don't think this has ANYTHING to do with him getting back at her. That is not at ALL what was going on in the epi. He was scrutinizing her completely, pushing, testing. And, he's not convinced at all by her confession that she's happy. He was amazing today!

What abt La? These days when La comes on screen, I am reminded of the monkey that is made to dance on the streets at its master's bidding. The master pulls the string, n the monkey moves its limbs. Arnav bitwaa is not being fair to La at all.
