- hmm…. What is your special today? - I asked the waiter.

- Madam today's special is sugar-free jalebie - Waiter said.

- Sugar-free? When did you start having sugar-free food? - I asked him.

- Since this new patient is diabetic - he said.

- But we have several of patients that are diabetic and you guys never had sugar-free - I asked him.

- Madam I just follow boss order so I don't know why but all I know is that the patient is from a rich kingdom - he told me.

- How ridiculous, just because he is rich you start making sugar-free food. - I said disgusted

- I'll just have my chai - I said.

- Okay madam, I'll be back - he said.

This is life here. Our nation is separated because the poor and riches. If your rich you have all the freedom you can. But if your poor your treated different. Whatever you get you get. But with the rich what you want you get it. This is unfair. We may be poor but there is no difference with the riches. Just because they have money there are high. Life evolves with family, happiness, and love not money. Money does not make you happy.

- Khushi, Khuhsi, Khushi - Anjali, Payal, and Dhruv called out.

- What happened guys you seem so cheerful today - I asked all of them.

- New patients - They all yelled out.

- Yes. My old patient was just a pain and finally I got a new patient - Dhruv said.

- How mean Dhruv, you won't understand - I told him.

- What do you mean I won't understand? - He asked me.

- Leave it Dhruv you're the pain - Anjali told him.

- Anyways whose your patient? - Payal asked him.

- I don't know yet I didn't check my file - I told them.

- What! You were waiting for this day impatient and know.. - Anjali said.

- I know… but don't worry I'll check it out - I said.

- I think you have the Raizada's case - Payal told me.

- Wait… what did you say? - I said shocked.

- The Raizada's - Payal said.

I got out of my seat. Grabbed my purse and my files and started to run to my office. I was shocked to hear the Raizada's. It's been 2 years since I ever heard of the Raizada's. I was just shocked. I hurried up to my desk and grabbed the file and sat down.
