The first time they met, she fell into his arms and he ripped apart her pearls. She hated him for misunderstanding her, and he hated her for spoiling his million-dollars worth fashion show. She somehow escaped and swore to give him an earful when they meet the next time. And then they met, and she did give him an earful. He retorted saying he writes his own fortune. She told that a day would arise when he will realise that 'devi maiyya ki aashirwaad ke bina kuch nahin ho sakhtha".. he swore he would ruin her life and so did he. After that, she swore to never see him and took off to a new land, where incidentally, he was the first person she dashed into..
Each next time they walked into each other, he asks her to GET OUT; both from his office and his heart, he does not want to see her again, cause he cannot allow any one else to conquer HIS life. She doesn't, she cannot. He knows she cannot and neither can he. He tries to argue with himself, do things to keep his mind awry of her presence and fails as the very last person he wants to see is mentally invading him. She tries hard not to get back to the house that she was insulted in, and fails. She doesn't know why, she is DRAWN..
They met several times again, and each new time swore not to see each other, she tries her best, he is restless, and yet they cannot drive away the thoughts of the other. One final slip happens that locks down both of their emotions and he announces his union with a different girl. She is forced to commit to a different man. She knows of his union, but he doesn't of hers. Thay solemnly swear "mujhe na tumhaari shakal dekhna hai na tumse baath karni hai" scores of times.. and yet their each last gives way to a new first..
And when the final blow comes up, he tells her she is engaged all ready to give herself up to a different man, to belong elsewhere. To be loved by someone else, to be saved from falling debris by someone else, to be tortured by someone else, to be DRAWN towards someone else, And then he questions, "tumne mujhe bataana zaroori nahin samjaa?" how can she not tell him; the guardian angel of all her activities? and when he realises he just confessed that much, he puts on defence with a "kissiko pataa kyun nahin?" The realisation process has just dawned upon him, to see the love of his life, who he thought he could not stand is ready to walk out of his house, his heart, his life.. he is SHOCKED,BROKEN, SHATTERED...(hil gayyi arnav ki duniya; as barun would say) the last person he wanted to see is becoming the only person he does not want to lose.. he WILL loose the fight and win the love, of that much, i am sure...
