A day in April, some fourteen years back ' I first stepped into Apeejay School, Pitampura. That time, I never realised that this is the place where I am going to spend a major part of my life. But now, fourteen years in the present - recollecting all that has been there, tears swell up in my eyes. It's indeed hard to digest that months from now, my life would never be the same again! How much I am going to miss this place, those wonderful teachers and my friends with whom I have shared my life.

When I first entered the school building, I was just another three year old nursery student who was trying to accept the fact that play school is over, and now I have entered a big school. But one teacher, Mrs. Vishakha Sahni changed my outlook towards the big school. She was my first teacher ' and the most favourite one too, so much that we both cried when she was going for her maternity leave!

That was was then, and today, looking back at all that has happened, it seems that I have undergone a metamorphosis of sorts. Right from an anonymous name in my class to being the head prefect of the school, students much much younger than me telling their friends the head prefect Didi passed a smile to them!
