All the episodes are littered with many indications... I really don't know if the writers want us to read into them.. or are they leading the garden path only to shatter our beliefs later on If past episodes are anything to go by, our predictions seldom came true..

the vermilion and colour on ARHI in today's epi wuld also indicate that they are headed for marriage...I really, really do hope that the CVs are not leading us up the proverbial garden path...😕
