Can anyone explain what is shown in the video? Can't see it in US.

Sid, PB n Rags as kids are sitting and PB asks Rags why her Mom is dressed as a waitress. (We can't see PM in the video.). Rags says it is stylish. PB makes some faces and says you're Mom looks like this and does grrr. Rags says no and tells PB not to make faces which will scare children.
Rags tells PB is very smart and sneakily keeps commenting. She does not speak like a kid..
Sid says no PB is straightforward.
Rag says my Mom is hard-working.
