I think he wil be furious with her if he thinks that she is trying to ruin his sister's happiness and in a fit of rage and a misplaced belief that he can save his sister's marriage if he marries Khushi, he will forcefully tie the knot with her. Post marriage he will make Khushi's life a living hell. He may either continuously humiliate her in public or act very sweet in front of the world but nasty when they are alone. While he will not force himself on her, he will seduce her and when she is on the verge of giving herself to him, he may pull back and ridicule her for her lack of control over her feelings. He will repeatedly hurt her ego and try to break her spirit.
At first his actions may infuriate Khushi and make her retaliate but as she slowly is made aware of his past and what drives his actions, she may understand his pain better. Since she would see how much he himself gets hurt everytime he hurts her (for try as he may he cannot help loving her), she may hide her pain and shed tears only in private for she loves him unconditionally. This could confuse him further because he may not understand why she is so impervious to his actions.
He will wonder how she can retain her cheerfulness even after being subjected to his vicious verbal and emotional attacks. He may redouble his efforts to break her down. This love-hate warfare may continue up to the point when a catastrophic event occurs which drives him to the edge of losing her forever. It is then that it may hit him hard how much she means to him and finally he will accept her as an indispensable part of his life.
Their union may be short lived as they get repeatedly battered by life's turmoil. Their love for each other will be subjected to a lot of trials and tribulations and with each test they would come out stronger until they finally find peace and happiness in each other.
This is going to be one passionate and painful journey, so hold on tight to be taken on an emotional roller coaster along with Arnav and his ladylove.
