Was going through many Threads which are made generally for discussion on India-Forum Bollywood Section. There is BIAS Approach of members for Some Celebs as just to Say -ve about them and their films, while Some Celebs enjoy POSITIVE Approach No matter what happens. y is this trend going on in this forum.

One Side People's verdict is made fun of, as Bollywood is this n that, Same equation changes when it comes to the celeb's which we like. Celebs like Salman, Akshay n Katrina will be bashed no matter what they do, even their fans will join -ve criticism just to prove they r sane fans. Whereas Celebs like Rahul Khanna, Chitrangdha Singh, Vidya Balan, Kalki these will never get any kind of -ve criticism no matter what their status in bollywood is. Here i just gave a General View guyz, i m not pointing at some particular choice but a Majority of Member's Approach.

Movies which will be Huge Success will be Trashed in this forum no matter who stars, but if it stars Current SuperStars, then it is mandatory to get all kind of bashing, audience verdict will no matter be considered.

It's Said from time to time, that Every Celeb is bashed over here, i have never seen VIDYA BALAN getting bashed anywhere 4m time to time[Example].

Y is it that Majority of IF BW Section which likes a Film it doesn't do well @ Box Office, and The Films n Stars bashed daily are doing wonders @ Box Office?

Just wanna discuss y there is favoritism for Some Particular Celebs and Continue Bashing for Some Celebs??

I am always amazed to see multiple posts of a pregnant Ash from the same event race to the top on Pinkvilla...and so much hate..

..HehehAsh,especially the Bachchans must be so thrilled..If not for Ash..kaun unhe poochta..AB is a legend to be admired ..not seen.

Ash is happily making several more rounds..The otherwise morose looking Jayaji is looking particularly pleased too😆..Poocho Kyun...They love the attention

Well Rahul Khanna isn't a big star but I personally loved his past work and regardless of what rumours I've heard about him...I don't need to criticise him. He's fine the way he is...Vidya well...she's different from the other actresses...but no people have said a few stuff about her weight and stuff not everyone likes her...I love her! But big stars get criticised because that's how it is...but Salman Khan well...I personally think that Bodyguard wasn't that great WHO CARES about how much money it made it's not about HOW MUCH MONEY A FILM MAKES it's about performances for me...and Salman Khan for me personally hasn't done amazing performances he's not that actor I used to know from Maine Pyar Kiya...basically most films that do well are overrated anyway...Dabangg did well...I watched it...it was alright...wasn't the best of films...there are so many films that are overrated that did well but that's how it is here...once a film gets past its expiry date it becomes overrated and I don't blame some...

Chitrangdha Singh and Kalki well...these two aren't big actresses but for me personally they are very good in terms of performances they've both done some great work...you won't expect them to get bashed because they don't have a big fan following you know...but I personally think it's because they both are low key...I love Rajeev Khandewal as well he's not that big either...it's like Kaho Na Pyar Hai...it became BIG HEADLINES over a film like Gadar...I mean Gadar for me personally was ten times better...I still never understood the hype of KNPH..

You wrote a Essay which EXIST in this forum, i asked the reason y is it like this. If Salman's films are overrated, then what is Chitrangdha's performance 2 be praised of? just coz Salman has fan following he will be bashed, and Chitrangdha/Kalki who have no such fan following, ppl will just praise them?? what logic is this??

When u talk about OverRated films, y give +ve for All Chitrangdha n Kalki's Films? Even i can write essay what kind of movies they do? It's just that i don't need 2 bring Chitrangdha down just to show how great Salman is, but here members bring STARS Down and just pass +ve remarks for others just to show how great their performances are.

You see her work then you'll understand...Sam sorry to say but me personally thinks Salman's acting isn't that great anymore...Kalki and Chitrangdha DELIVER performances...i dont see why they shouldnt be praised...and Chitrangdha n Kalki's Films aren't big budget films made whereas Salman...or SRK or Aamir have got big banners with them but whereas Chitrangdha n Kalki don't. Thats how the forum is...its a cycle remember...

And who is Rahul Khanna... he is no way better thn Ranbir Kapoor n Imran Khan not even close to his brother Akshay Khanna as far as acting is concerned !!!😆

I dnt know y ppl bash nor I want thm to reason it.. may be thts wht they like (am not a sadhu anyways) I dnt like Kat u will neva hear anythn positive frm me except if she looked good in one two pics !!!😆

I know tht u like him...but tht does not make him good... or if i like sum1 tht wnt make him her good either... thr is a whole big world outside IF who decide the fate of the stars ... i will go with Billa BO deciding who is a bigger star..and okay we dnt like movies we cn say tht bt if the movie if loved by millions by compared to us 100s we r obviously wrong !!! 😆

its simple billa...people tend to root for the underdogs...

the people u mentioned like kalki, chitrangadha etc, they are the underdogs...they dunt have big hits, or huge fan following, they do lesser films and are low profile...so therz less exposure of them and their flaws as an actor/personality...so because therz less exposure, therz nothing much to crisitize abt them...we tend to look at them in a more positive way because we know much less abt their flaws than we know abt a certain salman or an srk...so their interviews, performances and anything abt them infact seems to be a refreshing respite from the regular khan bhajan...

with salman, srk, katrina...because they are so popular, most find them overrated and over exposed coz no one likes a particular celebrity being shoved in their face by the media...so, there tends to be a natural feeling of them being "overrated" and not deserving all the attention...people get bored of them quite easily because they are overexposed...furthermore, their flaws become more prominent because they do more films, are more hi profile and make more public appearances/statements...So,they are under a much bigger scrutiny than underdogs like kalki,rahul khanna etc...

also,like someone said, joh hai naam wala, woh hi badnaam hai...the more ppl know abt u, the more viewpoints there are, and hence, the more chance of being hated/disliked/criticised.

@tomand jerry : R u trying to say that people who are least successful are not good?😕 what has talent to do with success? there are many dancers, artists musicians, poets who are widely appreciated around the world, yet they can't make money...so if they can't make money or be in limelight...they are not good.🤔..this is the most amateurish comment i have ever seen...even the most successful person ON this earth will not say such a thing...TALENT has nothing to do being much successful
