I think it's prem, because Tushar hasn't known KAreena that long, and plus I don't see as much chemistry between Tushar and kareena as i do between Kareena and prem, 😛😊.

Prem, because Tusshar is a fool. He doesnt do anything for Kareena .Especially now she has problems. He thinks only about himself.
