Hi how are you guys, i have finally updated chapter 7 of this FF. Sorry Guys for pming you the wrong link first, i accidentally posted this part on my Just Business FF, i am really sorry.
Chapter 7: Deal
It was almost 7:00 "o" Clock in the evening the weather was getting colder minute by minutes, Nupur was feeling really cold, when mayank came in from the kitchen, holding two cups of coffee.
Mayank: "Here". He said handing one cup to Nupur.
Nupur: "You know what I am tired how long do I have to stay here?". She said taking the cup from Mayank's hand as it was freezing cold in the house.
Mayank: "bored of me in just two days'''..or you have accepted your defeat?".
Mayank said sitting on the sofa across her. Nups: "No I will never accept defeat from you ever''''' I am just worried about my family...".
Mayank: "well you wouldn't have to wait so long, I am calling your brother right now to make the deal".
Nups: "You know I have never seen a jerk like you''.you think that playing with someone's emotion is a deal'''''I just can't believe that how can Gunjan fell in love with you?" Nups giving him grossed out look.
Mayank: "Any girl can fell in love with me I am hot, sexy, handsome rich''''in fact you can fell in love with me too". He said getting up walking near towards her.
Nups: "ha''''..this tells me that you don't actually know the feeling of love'''''In love the person always looks for the other persons happiness, if you truly loved Gunjan you will let her go to Samrat, since he is much better that being with Gangster". She snapped at him, mayank felt pang of pain hearing the word gangster.
Mayank: "Gangster!...you know I didn't choose this life for me''''..it was chosen for me''.". He snarled at her, for a moment Nups got scared.
Nups: "oh really everyone has choice, like right now you have choice to let go of Gunjan, but you are not". Mayank: "everyone has their reasons to make a choice, and I have mine". He said looking straight in the eye. Nups noticed the intensity in them, they were holding pain, secrets, for the first she met Mayank she something more in his eyes, then just anger. She saw a need of companionship.
Nups: "okay then what's your reason? I want to know why are do want to be Gunjan when you really don't love her".
Mayank: "Who said I don't love her I do". This time nups looked at mayank intensely making mayank feel uncomfortable.
Nups: "I don't know why but I feel that you don't love her, because if you did you will actually be planning to get her the right way, not by forcing her parents to accept you". Now mayank was sitting next to nupur. His shoulder slightly touched Nupur sending a shiver to both of them.
Mayank: "well sometimes right ways don't always work and you have to take the wrong path".
Nups: "You might reach your destination using the wrong path, but you will never appreciate it, unless you had taken the right path with obstacles". She whispered. Mayank looked at her this girl was making him go crazy, she was forcing him to think about himself, his life.
Mayank: "well let's just say then that I have gotten used to taking wrong ways, and it's. too late to change it".
Nups: "It's never too late to change, one just needs to have the confidence and power". Suddenly an alarm went off, in mayank's phone, he looked at the clock it was 8:30pm.
Mayank: "I guess you won't have to stay with me much longer, it's time to call your brother".Mayank said getting up from the sofa.
Nups: "you really have no heart right?...even after all this you are still going to do this". Mayank looked at nupur, her eyes were full of hope.
Mayank: "yes because, I can't afford to lose Gunjan, because she is the only one who tried to understand me, before making her quick judgments, she has respected me for who I am and given me love".
Nups: "Huh forget it, it was my mistake to even think for a second that you might have a heart". She said sighing, while taking a sip of her coffee.
Mayank: "well I never told you to think that". He said walking away into the kitchen.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------~Samrat was parking his car at his house, coming home from office, he couldn't focus a bit at his work. He was constantly worried about his princess. He was getting out of the car, when his phone rang flashing mayank's number.
Sam: "I have been waiting for you call all day". He said as he picked up the phone.
Mayank: "woa woa Relax Shergill, that is not the way to start a conversation'I will teach you''..Oh hello Mr. Samrat shergill, how are you?". Mayank said in teasing tone, which made sam really angry.
Sam: "just shut up and tell me what you want''''..money how much, just tell me damn it". Sam said angrily.
Mayank: "I don't want your money!". Mayank said as he leaned on the kitchen slap.
Sam: "then what you want?". Samrat said confused by Mayank's answer. Mayank: "In return of your Princess, I want Gunjan Meheta".
Sam: "What?". He screamed into the phone loud enough that mayank had to take his phone away from his ear.
Mayank: "you heard me if you want your sister Nupur back, you have to give me Gunjan Meheta".
Sam: "are you out of your mind, I am not going to bring Gunjan to you".
Mayank: "wow poor nupur, she thinks that you love her more than anyone apparently she is very wrong, isn't she".
Sam: "Just Shutup''''.i do love her but I can't sacrifice Gunjan to protect to Nupur that will be wrong''''.and what do you want from Gunjan anyway". Samrat said in the phone".
Mayank: "well she is my girlfriend and I can't let you marry her".
Sam: "what nonsense just let me talk to Nupur".
Mayank: "you will talk to her but after, you bring Gunjan to me and if you don't believe me then go ask Gunjan, who Mayank Sharma is to her?". Saying that mayank cut the phone. He felt a sense of guilt while he talked Samrat, nups words kept repeating inside his mind. Samrat's anger build more, he sat back in the car and drove as fast as her could to Gunjan's house. He rushed upstairs, and opened the door to Gunjan's room. Gunjan was sitting in front on her desk reading, a book she looked up and saw Samrat, trying to catch his breath.
Gun: "sam tum'ya"
Sam: "Gunjan Who is Mayank Sharma?". Samrat huffed, still out of breath. Gunjan turned pale, she was out of words. Samrat started making his way towards her.
Sam: "Gunjan I asked you who is Mayank Sharma?". He said gritting his teeth. Gunjan felt taken back at Samrat's behavior.
Gunjan: "Samrat'..I'I''''''don't know". She said stammering, but Samrat stopped her.
Samrat: "don't you dare lie to me Gunjan cause Mayank is the one who has kidnapped Nupur to get you'''''.if you loved someone else then why hec you agreed to marry me". He held Gunjan's arm tightly, pulled her towards him.
Sam: "why did you do this Gunjan''''Why''''.I never forced you to marry me'''..if you weren't happy with me then you should have told me''..i would have backed out''Now because of you Nupur's life could be in danger". His eyes were red, because his anger, tears formed in his eyes, and Gunjan felt guilty; she felt a pang of Samrat's pain.
Gunjan: "Samrat''I am sorry'I didn't know that Mayank''..I am sorry".
Samrat: "sorry you really think that a little sorry will take all of the pain away, that you have given me''''..no it won't (samrat let go Gunjan, and took of his engagement ring and handed it to Gunjan)''''Here Gunjan I free you from this one-sided relationship''''.and I will myself take you to Mayank". Saying that he stomped out of Gunjan's room as fast,as he had come in.
Gunjan: "Samrat''.please". Gunjan said tears rolling down her eyes. She felt guilty, because for the first time she saw Samrat's pain, the real sensitive samrat
. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~Mayank was still standing in the kitchen, texting on his phone, when suddenly the electricity went out, and the whole house became dark, He heard a loud scream coming from nupur, he rushed out of the kitchen, it was pitch black.
Mayank: "Nupur'''..you okay '.Nupur where are you". Mayank looked around, but it was way to dark to see anything, he turned his phone light on.
Nups: "mayank where are you?". Nups said her fear showing in her voice.
Mayank: "Relax Nupur I am here". Mayank finally found his way to Nupur. Nups quickly hugged him, Mayank was shocked for a second he felt a weird sensation that he had never felt when he hugged Gunjan. Nups slowly opened her eyes and realized she was hugging mayank, her heart skipped a beat she, slowly separated from him.
Nups: "Lights ko kya hua".
Mayank: "I think because of the weather, electricity was cut out'''you wait here let me go get a candle". Mayank was about to walk away, when nupur caught his hand.
Nups: "wait I will go with". Mayank tightly held nups hands as they both found their way to the kitchen.
Mayank: "Okay you look there in one of the cupboards I will look in the drawers". Nups and mayank started to walk their way, when they realized that their hands were entangled.
Mayank: "Oh sorry". Mayank said letting of her hands. Nupur started looking in the cupboards; mayank started searching, in the drawer. There was moonlight coming from the window, which provided some light in the kitchen, which helped mayank and nupur search for the candle. Finally Nupur spotted the candle on top of the cupboard. She tried to jump to reach but it was a little high. She stood up on the stool next to the step, and got the candle, as she was stepping down her foot slipped and she lost her balance.
Nups: "Ouch". Nups closed her eyes, she opened them slowly feeling strong arm around her waist. Mayank was looking at her smiling. They both looked at each other, Mayank's heart beat increase as he looked into nups eyes, and for the first time he noticed they were big, intense eyes like his own, they also had some hidden pain in them.
Mayank: "You okay?". Finally nups realized that she was in his arms.
Nups: "yah I am fine". Mayank put her down on her feet.
Mayank: "here I will lite the candle". Mayank picked up the box of matches and lit the candle as nupur held it. They both looked at each other and Mayank realized how beautiful she looked. The both looked at each other, as the candle light shone on their faces. It became such a romantic scene they kept staring at each other, they both felt as if the moment was perfect, if it will just stop, there, and both of them wouldn't have to look away. But unfortunately as mayank's phone dropped on the floor making a loud noise. Both mayank and Nupur came out of there perfect moment.
Mayank: "here let's go in the living room". They walked out on the living room holding few more candles.
