Probably, Vasu. I remember reading a TB article few months ago, that had some male actor by the name Mrunal. I havent seen Bandini or EK's Mahabharat.

The name sounds familiar. Were those books written in Urdu? As a child I used to read kids' magazines and books during my summer trips to Pakistan. They were written in Urdu (which I couldn't read very effortlessly), but somehow I managed to get through them with the help of my aunt.

@ Vasu – Yes, the guy was named Mrunal Jain. He played Hiten, who was in love with Santo's sister Khemi. Santo was married to Hiten's father. Imagine the awkwardness! Kekta has such a twisted mind.

I grew up on those books Anu. Inspector Jamshed was my HERO. So naturally the whole idiotic fantasies. I mean come onnn...tell me who here has not thought about fighting crime...being a super hero n all. I was a major save-the-world kid back then...😆

I don't want to dwell on this too much but had to post it here. Am really proud of the Sikh community in Southall tonight who are standing vigil at the biggest Gurdwara, ready for any action. So far, nothing.

So proud of them all. Not that they are the only ones doing it - the white community in Enfield (scene of riots yesterday) is out in full force. And yesterday the Turkish community in Clapham chased away the looters with sticks and kitchen knives.

Scenes like these make you believe in humanity.

I did! I envisioned this scenario where I would suddenly acquire the power to fly without wings. Then I'd pull all sorts of annoying pranks on the teachers that I disliked, and fly away when they tried to get back at me. Thus, I'd slowly drive them out of the school and do everybody a favour. Oh the lame-ness! 🤣
