Arnav actually listens only his heart😳.
And his heart is in control of none other than his Khushi kumari gupta❤️ at present so he is just acting as a puppet to her whose actual string is in the hands of khushi😆.
Ise kehte hain pyaar ka punchnama🤣
He will definitely sing the song "Ishq na kariyo Paape!!" in future after he gets married to his KKg🤣🤣
