Agree w/ you - actually, I never really liked BRC Mahabharat, never saw Ramanand Sagar's Shri Krishna, and so had no trouble accepting Vishal as Krishna-ji, just liked I easily loved Gurmeet as Ram-ji. Priya as Rukmini is okay, but Priya as Lakshmi is somewhat tough. But from the last few episodes, I'm liking Hemant as Balaram, and as for Gauri, I've never seen another Revathy, and Gauri is reasonably attractive, so I like her. Only strange thing - to me, Revathy looks more attractive than Rukmini, whereas in the original story, Rukmini's only rival in beauty was Draupadi.

In the last thread, you're probably spot on, even if you were making a joke. Reason Ugrasena, Vasudev and Rohini ain't in is that they've not finalized the actors. They were reported to have finalized Shantipriya as Devaki, however. Whatever the case, seeing Krishna & Balaram sitting on the throne when Ugrasena was the king is still tough to swallow. Also, normally, you have king & queen on the throne, so going by this script, it should be Balaram & Revathy. Instead, Krishna, w/o even becoming Mohini, is taking Revathy's place (okay, sorry, really bad joke on my part!!!)

Well I had difficulty even in accepting Gurmeet as Ram & Ankit as Laxman previously bcoz of the old version's hangover. However I accepted Debina the first time I saw her as Sita. I found her completey attractive & beautiful. But I didn't watch the new Ramayan from the first episodes as I didn't have the channel previously. I watched it when Sita was already in Ashokvatika. It was when Ravan was displaying his powers in front of her & she had that tinka in her hand & then Ram appeared in his viraat roop in the sky... I was completely awed that moment & fell completely for Gurmeet as Ram👍🏼 Maybe I took 3 to 4 episodes to accept Guru but after that I went completely mad for him😉 The fact is that nobody could have been better than Gurmeet. He was so divine. I'm seeing the same divinity & brightness in Vishal too. He's a very good choice👍🏼 I saw Gauri in Meera. She's so beautiful & attractive😉 Priya is beautiful too but I think she looked the best in Basera which again was a Sagar's serial. So I wonder in this serial Revathy too gives competition😆 I'm interested to know who'll be playing Draupadi & the other characters too. I mean Krishna's family. They need to be shown quickly

Phew some where the story is moving. Someone relaised that balarama uses the plough. hmmm so lets see waht happens.

When he was on the chariot w/ Krishna, the plow looked a little strange, w/ all the decorations on it. But yeah, it was nice to see him use it for its proper use. 😊

If it so only krishna have the capacity to sat on the throne through direct blood relations etc.not Balram who is the son of rohini.
