Kalsanwali and Billo are discussing that Runjhun doesn't seem to take anymore responsibility towards them, and Kalsanwali says she called Runjhun so many times but got no answer on her part.
Mittho comes out with Rajju and says she's decided. Rajju tells her that there is too much risk involved in what she's about to do, but Mittho says she knows what she wants. Mittho tells Kalsanwali to call a mid-wife who will help in aborting Mahadevi's child. Billo and Kalsanwali are shocked, and ask her if she knows what she is talking about doing.
Mahadevi pleads with her mother that it might be risky to her life, and tells her she doesn't want to abort the child and Rajju sides with his daughter saying that the risk to their daughter's life is too big to consider. Mittho says that they have to think of the other problems they might face if they don't abort the baby.
Mahadevi pleads again, but Mittho shuts her up and tells her that Mahadevi will do what Mittho wants now and drags her into her room and closes the door. Rajju protests but can't do anything but stand and watch helplessly. Buntu consoles Rajju while the others look disturbed too.
At home Guddu finally fixes the bulb as they are getting ready for bed, but Leela comes knocking. Runjhun goes to check. Leela comes and takes a seat, and says that she ran out of sugar and has been craving tea. She says the store owner has gone to sleep and put oil in his ears so he won't be able to hear anything. She asks Runjhun for a little sugar. Runjhun go gets sugar.
Leela wants to sit and talk and asks Runjhun to sit next to her, but Runjhun continues to stand. Guddu comes and stands behind Runjhun looking at Leela in his usual non-amused way. Leela talks about the three thieves that came ot steal and how they didn't look like regular thieves since they were decked up in jewelry. Runjhun and Guddu exchange confused glances. Leela continues saying that nowadays thieves are of all kinds.
The Baba knocks on the door. Guddu comments that some people have no sense of time, coming at late hours to make idle chit chat. Leela looks at Guddu and asks him if he's talking about her. Guddu sarcastically tells her tht he can't possibly talk to her that way, since she saved their house. Leela doesn't catch the sarcasm, and smiles. Runjhun walks to check but the Baba has walked away by then. Guddu asks her who it is but Runjhun says that no one is there. Leela tells her not to worry. Runjhun walks back towards Guddu and Leela.
Leela announces that she will say good night and then giggles as she leaves. Runjhun sees her to the door, and Guddu goes in. Guddu calls Amma and asks her if the aunts had come here, since three ladies had come. Amma says it was them only. She asks him who beat them up. Guddu says there is a bigger witch than the three here, and that's the one who was responsible for their condition. Amma smiles. Guddu says he will keep the phone since Runjhun will be back anytime and hangs up.
Runjhun comes and sees Guddu putting his phone back into his pocket and wonders who Guddu was talking to. She dismisses it as something probably related to the shop. If it was anything to worry about then Guddu would have told her. Guddu thinks that something needs ot be done about Mittho, Billo and Kalsanwali as they are otherwise going ot be a constant thorn. He spots Runjhun and asks her what she is thinking about. Runjhun asks if the three ladies had been Billo, Mittho and Kalsanwali. Guddu doesn't say anything. Runjhun thinks of visiting with Amma and checking up on her. Guddu says that is fine, and tells her he will take her tomorrow in the morning.
Runjhun heads to bed, and Guddu grabs his kurta to change for the night. Runjhun thinks that Guddu wouldn't have allowed her to go back to see Amma if he was hiding something. Guddu changes and goes to sleep. Runjhun is still awake in her thoughts praying htat everything at home is fine.
Mahadevi is in the room with the mid-wife, screaming. Billo and Kalsanwali are worried. Mittho looks away even though the screaming bother her. Amma comes with Kukkan and asks what the issue is, and why is Mahadevi screaming. Billo asks Amma to do something as Mittho called the mid-wife to get Mahadevi's baby aborted. Amma is shocked and turns to Kukkan and tells him to call the doctor as soon as possible. The mid wife comes out and says there is nothing she can do as it is too late and asks them to call the doctor. All are worried and Mittho looks a little guilty.
Runjhun still hasn't slept, and Guddu's phone goes off. Guddu picks up the phone and answers the call from Kukkan and says he will be right over. Runjhun questions him and Guddu tells her it is some emergency and he will be right back. He tells Runjhun not to worry and tells her he will be right back. Runjhun asks if she should walk him to the door but he tells her he will lock it from outside and tells her he will be right back and tells her not to worry. Guddu leaves and Runjhun paces.
At home Mittho tells Amma that Mahadevi is fighting life and death and she yet refuses to call Runjhun. She asks Amma if she has no heart. Mittho pleads with Amma to call back Runjhun. Rajju tells Mittho not to bring Amma in the middle of this and says he will place the call to Runjhun.
Guddu grabbed Runjhun's phone before leaving and it rings in the Pandey House as Guddu enters with the doctor and Kukkan. The doctor goes to check in on Mahadevi. Mittho asks him why he didn't bring Runjhun with him. She says they might be underhanded but he's supposed to be good and why he didn't bring Runjhun with him if he has a good heart. Amma looks at Guddu and he looks at her.
The doctor comes out and announces that Mahadevi is fine but if they try to abort it will not only be dangerous to the baby but also Mahadevi. Guddu apologizes to the doctor for troubling her so late and thanks her for coming. He offers to drop her off but she says she has her car. Guddu asks Kukkan to drop the doctor to the car. As soon as the doctor and Kukkan leave, Guddu turns to the aunts and uncles and tells them that he will never let Runjhun walk back into this house. He tells them they have no shame. Mittho says that he will not be able to stop Runjhun. She says he's only known Runjhun for a while but she knows Runjhun from a young age. Runjhun's blood and tears are joined to this family and for that she will leave a thousand Guddus.
She tells Guddu that she will make sure that Runjhun comes back to this house, otherwise her name isn't Mittho Pandey. Amma tells Guddu it's getting late and tells him to head home. Guddu goes back.
Runjhun paces at home worried. She sits by her bed waiting for Guddu. When he comes back he is surprised to see her still awake, but she asks him about his emergency. Guddu lies that it was store related and one of the sellers was creating problems in regards to the commission. He says he handled the matter. Runjhun a little relieved says it is a good thing as the store reputation could be affected. He asks her to got to sleep as he feels bad about waking her up too and having her sleep spoiled because of him. He takes her to her bed and tells her she worries too much and asks her to lie down.
Runjhun asks about him and he tells her he will sleep as soon as she does. He waits for her to get in, while he holds the blanket then drapes the blanket over her and heads back to bed himself.
Next morning, Guddu is still sleeping and Runjhun walks up to him and says what more can she ask for. She wanted Guddu to change and he changed for her. She says she just hopes that everything at home is fine. She says she forgot that she was going home to see Amma, and goes to change. Runjhun's phone rings and Mittho mami calls. Runjhun takes the phone and Mittho tells her that everything bad happened. Yesterday Mahadevi's health was suffering. She says Guddu must not have told her anything. She says that She'd requested Guddu to bring Runjhun home but Guddu instead had threatened them that he's the only one who has rights to Runjhun's good luck and he will never let her step back in the Pandey House.
Runjhun cuts the phone and Mittho smiles to herself. Runjhun says that Mittho must be lying. If Guddu didn't want her to go back he wouldn't have agreed to taking her to see Amma.
Amma comes calling for Runjhun and Runjhun is surprised. Runjhun opens the door and sees Amma standing up front. Runjhun asks Amma what she is doing here. Guddu wakes up and says she wanted to see Amma so now her wish has been fulfilled. She doesn't have to go anywhere, and tells her to sit comfortably and talk to her Amma to her hearts content. Runjhun looks at Guddu.
Next Week: As Runjhun stands by the door, she wonders if Guddu truly doesn't want her to go back to the Pandey House, and if Mittho was telling the truth and Guddu was lying to her.
