How can Shyam be Arnav and Anjali's brother? Really now?

I still believe he is her husband, the obviousness of it was glaring at us for the past few episodes, but well... maybe the track has been changed at the last minute.

I think he might be the cousin...from looking at his manners and the way he talks in respected manners..!!!!!!!
