PROLOGUE:
"I LOVE YOU."
As he said those words chill ran down her spine'.
That was it.
The truth she had left behind years ago finally had resurfaced n was in front of her. She had alwayz wanted to avoid it.Damn this was what she had been running away from alwayz, deep down somewhere knowing very well that she would have to face this someday. All the efforts all the denials seemed to be wasted today; there was just no escape'..
Blank. She stood there with a blank expression on her face, her brain seemed dead n her heart had skipped a few beats.Even the slightest trace of the turmoil going inside her was not visible on her face.
Finally she mustered all her courage to look straight into his eyes,those blue eyes'.
Reading them was an art,n she had surely mastered it.Right now,they were full of hope,along with nervousness and a spark at the same time,anxiously waiting for an answer.She knew she could'nt answer him,there was no BLOODY way especially when she herself had no idea-what to say,how to react-nothing,simply nothing,so without saying anything she just turned around,shutting her eyes for a moment or two, took a deep breath n just left from there leaving him stunned enough to give any reaction.
As realization sunk in he too just left.It was over now.There was no anger no remorse no grief but just emptiness inside him at the present.But then he had been used to it by now'
Asking her driver to leave,she took the car keys and started driving like a maniac.After an hour she finally reached the place where she had spent the toughest moment of her life.It was still the same,the same silence which soothed her,the same view which brought peace to her mind.Sitting at the edge of the cliff,she thought about what all had happened an hour ago.Why could'nt her life go smoothly?Why were there so many complications?
"Why me? Why does it have to be me everytime ?",With her head in her hands she spoke to herself.
"Why do I have to make such hard decisions?Why why why?"
She knew someday she had to face it.She was'nt so lucky now was she.But what about him,she was now getting worried about him.She knew he would be feeling immense pain and this was something she did'nt want to happen.She had been avoiding this since past four years.She did'nt want his heart to break.She knew he would never let anyone know about his pain and would suffer silently.She shut her eyes thinking about his pain and her complicated life.
