Vishnu tells Rajju the groom is looking really nice and he will keep Mahadevi very happy. The pandit asks Amma to gets some of the items from the prayer ready, and Amma goes to get it. She runs into Runjhun and scolds her that everyone has already arrived, and yet Runjhun hasn't gone to greet them. Runjhun looks worried and Amma walks off. Kukkan comes in and looks around for Runjhun then spots her and walks towards her. He tells her not to worry as Guddu will take care of everything.
Guddu reaches the old place where Jabbo had called Mahadevi. He walks in and calls out for Jabbo. He sees Mahadevi on the floor crying. He walks up to her, and calls her name but Mahadevi is just crying out in an unconscious state , calling Jabbo's name and asking him to come back and not leave her. Guddu looks at Mahadevi's condition and feels sorry for her. He shakes her and tells her that it is him, Guddu. He asks her where Jabbo went. Mahadevi says that she committed another mistake. She says that Jabbo left her. She tells him she just wants to go home now, to her parents. Guddu says he will take her home and tells her not to cry. He helps her up and takes her on his bike.
At home Deepak's Aunt, his mom's sister arrives (she is the same lady that almost ran over Mahadevi). His mom introduces her to the family and says that she lives far away and so it took her while to get here. Mittho introduces her to everyone, except Runjhun. The lady asks who Runjhun is but her sister, Deepak's mom says that she is the same girl who insulted her twice when they were at the Pandey House. Mittho says she apologizes for Runjhun's mistakes. She tells Runjhun to go fetch Mahadevi. Runjhun looks worried.
Mittho sits with the Doctor and tells her that Runjhun is Rajju's niece and she is an orphan. They took her in and fed her and brought her up, but even then she didn't turn out like a proper daughter would. She says Runjhun married a thug and made him the son-in-law of the house, and has been nothing but trouble since the day she came. The doctor asks Mittho why Mahadevi hasn't come yet. Mittho gets up and asks Runjhun why she is still here. Runjhun is worried and exchanges glances with Kukkan. Mittho thinks that there is something definitely going on between Runjhun and Mahadevi and she will find out the truth today.
She says she will go and fetch Mahadevi herself. She heads towards Mahadevi's room, and Runjhun and Kukkan follow her looking worried. Mittho opens the door and finds both Mahadevi and Guddu. Guddu pretends not to see Mittho as he fiddles with the fan in Mahadevi's room. Mittho doesn't look happy to see Guddu and asks him what he's doing. Guddu says he's fixing the fan what else. She asks him who told her to fix the fan. Guddu very casually says that Runjhun had asked him to see if he could fix the fan and that's what he is doing. Mittho shrugs and tells him to continue being a mechanic and walks over to Mahadevi. She smiles and compliments Mahadevi then walks her down.
After Mittho and Mahadevi leave Runjhun and Kukkan come in and Runjhun asks Guddu where Jabbo is. Guddu says that when he found Mahadevi she was unconscious. She said that Jabbo betrayed her and ran away. Runjhun looks upset. Kukkan says if he finds Jabbo, he will give him a sound thrashing. Guddu says that he felt like killing Jabbo. Runjhun voices her concern on what will happen in Mahadevi's life now.
Mittho calls Billo and Kalsanwali, and they both along with the other ladies walk Mahadevi up to the front. Mahadevi takes a seat next to Deepak. The doctor wonders where she has seen Mahadevi then remembers their encounter from earlier today. Deepak's mom looks in her purse to get something and spots the letter. She takes it out and reads it and stops the wedding process. She says this marriage can not happen. Everyone is shocked.
Amma looks on, while Guddu & Runjhun rush down along with Kukkan to see what the matter is. Mittho asks why they are trying ot stop the marriage. Deepak's mom says that it is because of Mahadevi's letter. She gives the letter to Mittho and says that she wrote about loving some Jabbo and running away with him because she is pregnant with his child. The doctor says that she ran away, because she had crashed into her car, but maybe because the boy betrayed her she came back thinking she would get married. Guddu thinks about the letter and remembers crumbling it up. He asks Runjhun how they got the letter since he threw it. Runjhun says she doesn't know what's happening.
Mittho says that her daughter didn't write this letter and asks Mahadevi to write her handwriting again, and show them that this letter wasn't written by her but someone who is plotting against them and their honor. Mittho asks Mahadevi to write but Rajju stops her and says he doesn't need justification from his daughter, and Vishnu also agrees that this is orchestrated by someone else, but Deepak's father insists, and Mahadevi writes out her name. Mittho shows the in-laws that the writing doesn't match. Rajju tells Deepak that he is smart and tells Deepak that he has full faith in his daughter. The doctor says that if it was another man's daughter he wouldn't have hesitated to question her honor but today because it is his daughter he is saying that. (Karma)
Deepak's mom says that even Sita had a trial by fire when her honor was questioned. She says that if this letter isn't written by Mahadevi then she isn't pregnant and they can get her tested. The doctor says that she will test Mahadevi and if she isn't pregnant then the marriage will happen. Runjhun is upset, she walks up and stands by Mahadevi. She asks Deepak's Aunt that how can a woman treat another woman like that. She says that being a woman she is questioning the honor of another woman in front of society and asks her if it is right to make a spectacle of a girl like that in public. She says she won't let Mahadevi take the test. Guddu says that he won't allow anyone to test Mahadevi either.
Mittho walks up to Guddu and tells him to stay quiet for a while. She says she will agree to the test. She says they can test Mahadevi. She tells them not to listen to Guddu and Runjhun. Deepak's parents shake their head as Runjhun is intent on insulting them again. Runjhun and Guddu exchange glances and Guddu says that he has said there will be not testing and there will be no testing. He says that they've come here for a wedding and not to open a clinic. He says if they want to leave they can but if anyone steps forward to get Mahadevi tested he will break their bones.
Deepak's father says that this marriage will definitely not happen now, and says he's leaving. Mittho and Rajju try to stop them but they leave. Mahadevi looks faint. Mittho sees Amma and rushes to her and says that Mahadevi's marriage is broken because of Runjhun and Guddu. She asks Amma who will marry Mahadevi now. She tells Amma that Runjhun and Guddu destroyed Mahadevi's life.
Precap: A doctor leaves Mahadevi's room and tells Amma that Mahdevi is going to be a mother. All of the others are shocked and Guddu and Runjhun exchange glances.
