Well i had not planned to mail you about all this but the investment banker in me just doesnt wanna keep quite...lol...so please tolerate my gyaan...please do read... it will help ur bankruptcy track...
In the past it has been shown that Maan is a majority share holder of KC and KC is listed on the stock market. If that is true then KC's bankruptcy cannot affect maan's personal property... coz as be bankruptcy rules across the globe and india... a listed company going bankrupt means assets of company alone are seized... the personal property is left untouched. The KM i believe (it was said in outhouse track) is in Maan's name and hence a personal property of khuranas and not a property of KC...so KM se unhe bahar nahi nikal sakte... its not possible... there r certain clauses of bankruptcy but all clauses clearly state that the promoter's wealth is his alone even if the company goes bankrupt in case of a listed company. Only in cased of a single person ownership unlisted company, the bankruptcy means personal porperty at stake. Also bankruptcy doesnt means freezing of bank accounts. Bank accounts are frozen only in case of fraud and criminal cases. So showing maan-Geet on roads will be foolish.
think how to tread this path properly and please do some research... such tracks without any research can mean dooms day...
yes KC can go bankrupt if huge claims r made on the company coz of a huge loss of life as a bridge or dam they were building collapsed and loss of life happened..criminal case against the pormoters and that wud mean bank account freezing.. and khuranas on road...
else max thing can happen is KC is bankrupt...Maan sells KM to generate cash for the new business he will hv to start and maan-geet are living in a small - 2/3 bhk apartment...
please think before u do make some mistakes which will create a mess...
n yeah... if u need help with clauses n all... am willing to help but for a consultancy fee... rofl...

For the first time i felt bad to see Beeji crying... till now i sed to wish that Beeji shud cry for being so mean to Maan and Geet...but today i felt bad for her... the scene was quite emotional but somehow after nandini and geet entered that scene they failed to touch a chord with me... Director sir somewhere i felt the scene lacked something... not complaining about the acting there...just something was amis...
Mama the nautanki... lol... finally time to bid adieu to amritsar... beeji ke aashirwad and mama ki chummis ke baad all say buh bye...
Car se delhi... hmm... 7 ghante lagenge boss... adi ne tickets book nahi kiye to lucky ne bola car se chalte hain...

funny part... Maan dint bother picking even 1 bag... lol... all he held was geet while leaving... uski sabse badi lugage to geet hain na..usi ko to lene woh amritsar aaya tha...
Car romance ...aaha... geet jo maan ko hamesha dhappa deti hai ya thappad marti hai when he tries to kiss her, is being naughty in the car... i loved the noisy pappi attempt... the scene was cute n DD is so cutely silly... lol...

Dev ne geet ko paise diye... but dev asks maan for his fone n they discuss the fones being disconnected n atm card not working n maan thinks there's something majorly wrong and is getting dead worried... but geet and dev havent yet sensed that something can be so wrong...

Precap... maan and geet reach near one of their office sites and maan is shocked to see the KC board being brought down..he tries to enter but is told that this site is also sealed like his other site as per court orders...and KC is finished... Maan is shattered hearing this... Geet is shocked...
well my take... a court order to freeze accounts, fone and closure of KC can happen only coz of some criminal case against promoters... has someone framed maan in all this? who is it??? well whoever it is knows KC inside out... and maan also..other wise it wudnt hv been possible to do all this so smoothly without maan realising it in time... aha... the plot thickens and might get interesting... but only if it is tackled properly...
GC's expressions in precap were mindblowing... even DD's shock n pain as geet saw maan was very visible... i loved the precap...
Rahul - u say forget the logic if u want magic... but dude magic cant last and captivate ppl for long if there is no logic... magic along with logic alone can will help...
