Chand Chupa Badal Mein would not have been same if it was not for these 2 versatile actors of this show - Neha Sargam and Kinshuk Mahajan. This post is in no ways putting other actors of this show any down. It is always a team effort and no show can be successful without all of its actors. Here I want to just talk about these two as I have not seen anybody yet in TV world actors of their caliber.
Neha Sargam - A newbie to this world but what an amazing actress. Hats off to her for portraying character of Nivedita which according to me is different from the real Neha. It was amazing to see how she put Neha aside and adapted to Nivi. I have seen so much improvement in her acting over the course of 11 months. To me she seems like a pro and I applaud her for her caliber. She showed the various facets of Nivedita so easily - from simple, shy, introvert, darpok girl to beautiful, full of life, courageous woman. Neha showed this transformation beautifully and took us through the journey of Nivedita. I fell in love with Nivedita in the first episode itself. It was so real. Neha portrayed a next door real-life kind of girl with whom I could make an instant connection. There were times when I was frustated and upset with Nivi because she made huge mistakes. Then again she is a person and is bound to make mistakes. All these various emotions were played very well by Neha.
Kinshuk Mahajan - What to say about this actor? Words are less to describe him and his skills. I have not seen such a versatile actor in this industry so far. He fully captured my attention and mind and heart as Viren Sood. Viren Sood - such a complex character with varying emotions was so well played by Kinshuk. He put life into this character, so much so that I only see Viren and not Kinshuk. His emotional scenes with Neha and Payal are out of this world specially initial scenes with Neha and then the wedding confrontation, stalker revealation and winning Nivi back... OMG.. He is the life of Sood house and of CCBM. His body language, his expressions, his eyes speak volumes. In an instant he is able to transform from loving, caring husband to upset and angry son.
To me it seems that Neha actually became more professional and was able to give in more after entry of Kinshuk in the show. He being a seasoned actor helped her to blossom in this industry as we all know one's experience can really teach good and bad both. She has learned a lot from Kinshuk (this is my POV) and Saritaji. And the chemistry between Kinshuk and Neha is mind blowing and it shows on-screen as NiVren.
Hats off to both of you. I wish both of you good luck and hope to see you together in another show soon. I will miss you. Thanks for giving us NiVren. Memories of NiVren will always be with me. This is one magical jodi that will live forever. NiVren completed each other. Without Viren Nivi was incomplete and without Nivi Viren was incomplete.
