Runjhun says she's always listened to them because they are like her parents to her. She's always made sure that they would have no complaints against her. Finally Mittho speaks up and says that she isn't at fault. She says she lied but no one asked Runjhun to believe her. She says the world will tell hundred of lies but because Runjhun has doubt in her own mind she questioned her own husband and her grandmother. Those words sting Runjhun. Runjhun asks Mittho how can she say that. Mittho says that no one old her to get swayed by what she said, and tell Runjhun that it is her own fault since she trusts no one. She is the only one responsible for single-handedly ruining her marriage and not them. She tells Runjhun to leave and not cry in front of them.
Runjhun is hurt and leaves and thinks to herself that she has committed the biggest mistake. She wonders how she can undo such a grave wrong and says that since she was the one at fault she has to be the one to undo the wrong and mend their relationship.
She rushes outside and looks over to Guddu's place. She hesitates for just a moment then walks up to the top. She opens the door, and walks into the dark room, noticing the flowers scattered all over and the decorations lying all around. As she is taking in the appearance, Kukkan walks in and sees Runjhun. He turns on the light, and Runjhun turns around. Runjhun enquires about what happened. Kukkan says that he wanted to ask that question to her. He says they've done a lot of bad things but he's never seen Guddu so angry. He asks Runjhun what happened that made him so angry. Runjhun has no answer.
Kukkan says that Guddu came a little while before her, and destroyed everything, and then left. Runjhun asks where, and Kukkan says Guddu left Kannauj and went. He says Jabbo and the rest are looking for him and he is going too. Kukkan leaves, and Runjhun is shocked to hear. She braces herself then walks down the stairs. As she is walking towards home, she sees the Hanuman Shrine, and says that her relationship with Guddu is true, and pure and it can not just end like that. She says she is determined to bring Guddu back and will complete her Savitri Vat Fast and prayers and she knows that she won't be disappointed because her relationship with Guddu is her truth.
Next morning Runjhun goes to the temple and says that today she will finish her Savitri Vat Vrat, and takes oath to do the rounds and fast till Guddu doesn't come back. She says that it is because of her that the thread of their relationship weakened and she will continue to walk and fast till Guddu comes back to her.
She offers flowers at the base of the Banyan Tree, and then as she starts her round she says that she will continue tying the thread till the thread of her relationship attaches itself to her. She says that she won't break her fast nor will she stop doing her rounds around the tree till Guddu comes back to her. She says she will break her fast through his hands only.
Guddu is waiting on the bus stop, waiting to leave. He walks into the bus, and sighs with relief waiting to put it all behind him, as soon as he sits down. The bus leaves. Runjhun continues to do her rounds, and Billo, Mittho and Kalsanwali walk in.
Billo comments on the circus that Runjhun is doing (they seriously have no faith either), and Mittho says no matter what Runjhun does as long as they have fun at her expense is what is important. Kalsanwali says fun will only come when they tease her and taunt her. They join the rounds. Kalsanwali joins behind Runjhun. Mittho and Billo make fun that Runjhun is putting too much faith on her thread, and wonder if she thinks that Guddu will come flying for her. They laugh then they to join behind Runjhun.
Kalsanwali steps on Runjhun's foot, and Runjhun nearly trips. She tells Runjhun to walk carefully because if she gets hurt, she will have to crawl around the tree. Mittho and Billo comment that maybe if she's hurt at least God will have pity on her. The three laugh and smirk. Slowly the women start leaving and a few of them notice Runjhun and say that she must be really dedicated and feel bad for her.
Amma prays that Runjhun's prayers and her determination pay off. She says Runjhun will burn in the fire of her repentance and asks God to know shatter Runjhun's faith.
Guddu is still on the bus and the conductor comes asking for ticket. Distracted at first Guddu doesn't respond as he stares out of the window. Then when the conductor gets his attention, Guddu asks for a ticket to the last stop. The conductor gives Guddu his ticket and Guddu goes back to watching familiar scenery pass by.
The mamis also finish their rounds and walk away. A few of the ladies comment that Runjhun is doing a fast without water and if she continues she will faint. The other lady wonders if her husband even knows about her fast. The mamis put their offerings by God's feet and then watch Runjhun and smirk. Kalsanwali says that Runjhun isn't doing this for Guddu but to win the bet. She says today is the last day and her dramam is on full force. They say that everyone has left and Runjhun is the only one left. They say Runjhun will keep on doing rounds but Guddu will not come, instead Runjhun will only faint. They leave from the temple.
Runjhun starts to feel the effects as the day turns late, and continues to walk. She says that if her test isn't enough and she is destined to the life of insults and pain, then she will be happier to have her life spent at his feet. She asks God to return Guddu, her husband, the one who completes her to her, or to take her breath from her. She continues to go round the tree, her feet hesitating now, as she drifts in and out. Her eyes close, and Runjhun starts to feel weak. She is about to fall, when Guddu comes and hold hers. Runjhun's eyes are close, and Guddu grabs on to her head, holding the thread with her as he watches her.
Precap: Guddu says he came back on the last day of the challenge to admit his defeat. He says he lost the bet, and his heart. He then tells her it is up to her if she wants to spend the rest of her life being his wife, Runjhun Shukla.
Edit: This makes it the fourth time he's caught her...one starting in the rain...second when she fell from the ladder, third when she falls back from the mamis, and fourth now. I'm working on disrupting the patterns of threes...
