very true...n great analysis! that ambaji washing away her sins was too much...what happens in old age brahmin homes...why did teh elders not sit together even once, and which mother would not want to make matters clear at least once before setting the date, she just left everything to mona as if it was a s\kids bday party that was going to happen...at least mona n anukalp shud have formally gone to the Bedis place with the rishta...this is a silly senseless track....
